I have accept a project from dg services in which they provide 1500 forms which are to be completed in 10days. As per thier terms and conditions if the work is 100% accurate they would be deducting 4900 from the payment whch they gona pay us if we fail to submit the work 4900 is to b paid by us.in the demo work which they provide us the contents are veryyy clear but when we get to see the actual work after logging in it thing is totaly blur where cant evn idetify where there as single space inspite of that i have done my work with 100% accuracy comparing the dubts i had with the same font in whch...

A company named dg service a sir call me and he said me for online form filling job and then he take my adhar card photo and he send me some kind of agreement and then he give me id password and then i start working and complete in time but
They send me qc report fail now they are blackmailing for money..
Now they are sending me some legal notice type thing and demanding me the money and threaten me "if you not paid money they will impose some legal acts on you...
Please sir help me what should i do now??..

And they tell as a result is fail the client needs to pay a fine of rs.4900 they also send a legal notice from the advocate mr m. M. Patel who is going to charge extra 2700 (Which is not specified in the agreement). It is totally a fraud company please dont work for them and waste ur time. "the govt of india need to appointment a separate panel so as to reveal fraudsters like dg services and other online bpo companies.

Recently got a call stating that you will get his much money by just spending some hours in form filling and when i get call from them company and at verification i found this quite tricky and i said i don't agree you can unregistered me but after that i get mail from them which include fake agreement and fake acceptance letter and false audio clip and when i call back them and asked regarding this they said you can unregister it now or else you will have to give 4900 rs, but then i thought something and decided to complete this fake stuff and after completed my work i got totally false report and one of those fake advocate call me telling me to send money to their personal account which actually more than mentioned on the agreement and i get the idea that this people are scamming people for fake qc report 1) they register me even i said i am not agree with this.
2) they give totally wrong qc report cause i already cross-check those forms. They are total scammer don't fall for their traps

Sir, 15 days back i got a call from the company asking my interest in work from home form filling job. As it is with no investment, i have given them my details i. E. My aadhaar card scan copy. They sent me a legal document for confirmation. After that they given me a login userid and password. The website link is earnbysurvey.com. After few days i got to know that the company is fraud. Icalled them about returning my documentswhich i have signed. They didnt give any reply till today. Today, they mailed me saying that as i have not submitted work i have to pay 5400. After 3hours they send me a mail softcopy notice to pay 36000. They are harrassing me mentally by calling continuously. I am a student. I cannot give money and they are warning me regarding legal issues. Please help me and take a strict action as early as possible

Actually i was looking for part time job form home. So when i was surfing i got to know about dg services that they are providing such type of services. Then i called them they told me that u have to fill 3000 forms in 15 days and got 30, 000/-per month that is 10 rs per form. Then i said ok. They said we will give you a mail and u have to submit some of your details including id proof. I sent that then they said ok we will provide you the work today itself i said ok.
No work is provided as i waited for long time for the work then i called them they are not picking my phone too they also gave helpline number i called ther also but no response. After sometime they send me some legal doc in which it was written that if work was not completed within given time then you have to pay additional charges which was not told to me in telephonic conversation then again i tried to call them but no response. So i mailed them to cancel my registration then they mail me that now for cancellation u have to pay utility charges. Omg what a scam they havent told me anything regarding this earlier on telephone and directly send me legal doc digitally signed by me. What the hell it is... So plsss dont get involved with them they are not responding your calls. All are scam!!!

My name is robina chetri. I got a call from miss ranchana from mobile no. +91 [protected] for an online form filling job on 15th august 2018. The name of the company is dg services. After the telephonic conversation she asked for my email id so as to send a demo related to the work. She gave me a demo in my email id from ranchana. [protected]@gmail.com, the demo was up to the mark so i agreed to work for them. She then asked for few details through mail for completing the registration process.
After completion of the registration process she gave me the agreement copy with the company’s digital signature which made me believe it to be authentic.
On 16th august 2018, i received form – filling login information through mail after which i was asked to start my work and the submission date was stated as 31st august.
The details of the work are as follows:
1. I will be given with a user id. And password from there end using which i have to login through the website – https://goo.gl/1xnHic.
2. I have to fill up 3000 forms within the time span of 15 days for which i will be paid rs. 30000 (Rs. 10/form).
3. After the submission on the 15th day a qc report will be generated indicating my result.
4. Maximum of 200 mistakes are acceptable, above than that will not be considered.
5. A helpline number [[protected]] was provided for any help regarding the work from 10 a. M to 6 p. M.

On 31st december around 9 p. M. I submitted my work after completing 3000 forms. On 1st september evening i received a text message indicating me to check my qc report after logging into the website using my user id and password. After getting logged in i saw a message appearing on my screen implying that my qc report is failed.
When i went through my mistakes showed in the website, it seemed to be wrongly presented from there end. Such silly mistakes are not possible from my side. I made a call at the helpline number mentioned above and discussed about my problem but he replied very casually saying that it is server generated report and cannot be changed. They didn’t accept my issue and either failed to prove that those changes were not made by them intentionally by logging in the website using the id password given to me by them.
As on 3rd september 2018, i received an intimation mail from arju. [protected]@gmail.com who claimed to be the advocate associate firm of dg services. The mail was intimation for me to pay the dues towards the company or else they will be eligible to take legal action on me.
On 4th september i received a call from [protected], who claimed to be companies legal team to give me a reminder that the company has forwarded the file to the legal team for legal action and i have to make the payment till 2 p. M. Or else i will have to face them in the court with huge financial burden which will be increasing on per day basis.
Since, i was about to appear in an interview, i made a call at the companies helpline number to request them to halt for a day so that i can be free and look into the matter peacefully, but the person directly denied saying that he can’t help as the file was already handed over to the legal team.
I again made a call to the legal team from whom i received a call requesting them to just give me time, but they started playing mind games and making use of my helpless situation. They kept on calling me again and again and every now and then, i even felt that i was speaking to different people from their side.
They warned me that i have to face judicial actions, notice will be send at my home, i have to pay more and more. After being mentally harassed, i was already depressed as i was not in the situation to face the interviewer at the interview which was about to start within a short span. Having no option left at that state of mind i was ready to make the payment but since they got to knew that i was already panic till that time, they made full use of it and asked me to pay rs. 7600 /-. When i asked them that it was rs. 5400/- according to the agreement so why should i pay more, they told me that it’s the charge for legal action levied on me.
Although, till that moment i got to knew that the party is fraud but my mental status was such that i just wanted to get rid of those torture. I then helplessly made the payment of rs. 7600 /- and mailed the payment slip at the same mail id i. E. Parmer.[protected]@gmail.com from which i received their account details.

After the payment was done i was again getting calls from their side, i was shocked to hear that my file is yet not closed and i have to make an additional payment of rs. 5100 /- till 3 p. M. Same day itself or else i can’t blame them later for getting calls from the court. That was the time i lost my cool and cut the call out of frustration.
After reaching home i tried to calm myself and within few minutes i got a call again from their side again. And this time i confidently replied them back and denied to make any further payment to them. They started giving me multiple reasons and i was asked to talk to their senior who again ended up giving unjustified reasons for getting payment from my side.
Then by scolding them i demanded them to refund my money back and take whatever action they want to take, the person on the other side shouted and threatened me of sending notice against me.
Thereafter, i again received an intimation mail from parmer.[protected]@gmail.com asking me to pay rs. 5, 100 /- as per the conversation till 3 p. M. And share the payment receipt. I willingly ignored the mail and blocked all their numbers after warning them that i will take action towards them for the fraud.
Next day after getting feared from my warning they mailed me a noc from noc. [protected]@gmail.com mentioning that the company has received complete payment of rs. 7600 /- from my side and i am not liable to pay anything to them.
I would like to mention that after the incident i have made a detailed study and found that there are already many complaints against dg services in consumer forum, jago grahak jago and many more sources. This company is a fraud playing with the hard earned money of the public as well as the physical pain they bear to complete the assigned work on time with a hope to earn something. They start by influencing public at the beginning with the game of words and harassing them mentally later.
Strict action should be taken against them and they should be put behind the bar.
I hope this matter will be studied seriously and an action is taken as soon as possible. I will be waiting for a positive response from your side.

Please don't get fooled by dg services. These people don’t have any intentions to pay anything to anybody, whether you submit/ not submit the work.
Their only motive is to get the agreements prepared and eventually ask for money in the name of “ work failed/ not submitted”.
I am going through mental harassment by these people since 04th sep, since, i have submitted my complete 3000 forms with accuracy.
They are confidently asking for money, giving me the same reason that they give to all “ work failed/ not submitted”, harasses me 5 times a day by threatening me with sms and calls.
They simply cannot proceed with any legality as they themselves running this scam illegally.

My name is chitranshu dwivedi. I got sms from mr. Kishan from mobile no.- [protected] for online form filling job. His company name is dg services and website is http://workfromhomes.in. i sent message on whatsapp for more details. He message me that you must have to submit 1500 forms.
You must have to achieve cut off (I. E.1350 correct forms), payment per form - rs.20, totay days-10 days, max payment - rs.30, 000. If interested send email id and any one document, aadhar card or voter id or driving license for registration and agreement process. I sent details and documents on 02.08.2018. He completed registration process without my consent and permission, by simply misleading me to links sent by him on my mail id and he sent license agreement and told me to accept it and then you will get user id and passwork for work. I unknowingly completed all procedure and got trapped even i was not ready and sure about that. I. E on24.08.2018 and i received user id and password then on 02.09.2018 i completed my work within 10 days and submitted work on 02.09.2018 itself.
As on 04.08.2018 i login on their website i saw that my qc report is fail.
I went through it and i found that more than 150 forms they have rejected because of reason "double space" but i used only single space.
I called their helpline number [protected] and told that you have rejected my forms because of "double space", they reply me this is server generated report and cannot be changed or wrong. I told them i used only single space, i never used "double space" but they not accepted it.
As on 05.08.2018 their advocate mr. Manoj sharma (Surat, gujarat), mobile - [protected] sent me messages and called me for making payments else they will file a case.

Company name is DG Services. Their helpline no. is [protected], Company generated My QC report on[protected]. I called their helpline no. [protected] and talked with their executives 2-3 times but they told me the QC report generated through server and it cannot be changed. I talked with their senior person also but he told me same thing. I mailed company regarding that 200 forms with nos. where I used Correct details but company QC report rejected because of something wrong in that form this but company not replied. Their lawyer Mr.Kiran Diwakar (Surat, Gujarat), mobile- [[protected]] called me on 16.08.2018 and asking for payment Rs.4900/- + 2700/- for fail QC report and mailed me notice. He told me on[protected] you have time till 2 o'clock, make payment urgently. If you not make payment I will file case against you. Then you have to pay 15000/- and if you not pay 15000/- you have to pay 50, 000/- for loss of company. Today[protected] he message me that your going for legal proceedings. Kindly call in [[protected]] for details. I told their lawyer that company send me QC report but for wrong reasons they failed my QC report. Lawyer not listen my issue he only told again and again make payment urgently otherwise I will forward your file for legal action. As I’m a female i have unknowingly entered into this fraud please try to understand my problem and kindly solve my problem and I don’t know what i have to their are torturing me for money
DG Services is a fraud company and making people fools like me please take neccessary action against company and their lawyer Mr.Kiran Diwakar and Arju Basak.
My request to all users who working online for part time or full time work please choose company very very carefully. Don't trust easily on any company.

I enrolled into this company to work part time, the work was form filling work. I called a person on this number ([protected]), which I got from Quikr. That lady told me that I have to fill 3000 form in 15 days and 2800 form should be correct. I asked if it’s slightly less than that, then she said even if 2700 form will be correct you will get paid 28000 after quality check. And in first disbursement of 28000, they will cut 5400 as joining changes, from next time they will give 28000. And if I leave the job before 2 months then I need to pay 5400. And if you don’t fill the forms correctly for a percentage less than 65% after two form filling submission, then you need to pay 5400. And she said we will send you the link, click on that, otp will be send, enter that. And a digital signature will be done for the agreement. As soon as I click the link, I enter the otp and automatically digital signature mail I got which was already done. So I thought, no worries, I will do the work. I have to submit 3000 forms within 15 days or I have to pay the amount. My deadline to submit the form was 26th August, 2018. I did all the forms and submitted on 26th itself. And moreover I revised it also, and I cleared few mistakes for first 1500 forms. And rest I was sure there will be very few mistakes. When result came, the total forms which were wrong were 283 out of 3000. So basically I submitted also on time and my forms were in the range of payment. But in report it was displaying I failed. So I called their number but it was off. I called on their support number([protected]), I said I passed as per my conversation, so he said you failed and disconnected the call. So I started checking my mistakes, I saw very few mistakes related to missing characters or anything else, most of the mistakes it showed on report was a space missing from one place only. So I found something fishy in that, as no space missing it was showing anywhere else, only at one place wrong forms. So I mailed them on helpline.[protected]@gmail.com
They replied saying it’s not checked manually, report is generated by the server. So find that extremely fishy. So on 29th August, mail come from Sourab Shah saying I have to pay rs5400 or they will take legal action. And he called me later, talked to me in a rude way saying you have to pay or will take legal action and you have to come to court in Surat. I said I submitted the form on time, I did correctly more than 2700 forms, and I do not want to leave the job before 2 months so why do I pay. So he said you have to pay because you failed and I represent Dg services as a legal advocate. So I didn’t pay heed to him. On 30th August he sent notice over mail regarding legal notice. On 1st I called him asking what is going on, he said you have to pay or else come to surat and now you have to pay total 7700 as legal charges are levied. He sent me the account details also. And 4 days are over but I have not got a call from him today neither mail. I have talked to cyber crime department of Rachakonda, they have taken the matter into consideration and told not to pay the amount as they are fraud. So what should I do more? Hi, from 3 aug dg services follow me via call and sms offering a data entry job, 13 aug i told ok send me samples, he asking me for id, i sent adhaar pic on [protected]via whatsapp, they made agreement and sent me on my mail, he told me click on link which is in email, another mail sent me with otp and told me put in website i did as he said, then he provide me login id or password with login link, but when i check agreement i shocked, i call on helpline number and told him please cancel this agreement you made this from your side without my confirmation, and you never discussed for this types of agreement, they cut my call i trying again and said cancel agreement they told me you just complete your task i'll cancel agreement, i complete task and submitted on 24th aug. On 29 aug i received text you have to pay 4900 till 1 o clock, after 1 o clock, they send me case id, and afternoon i received mail from advocate m. M. Patel, he sent me lagal notice and demand money rs 4900 + 2700 within 4 day, if i not pay, they going to legal proceeding.
When i check dg services on google i found lot of fraud complaint
Please check whole matter please help us, dg service is fraud and they target jobless people and trapped them.

I have been opened the account for form filling part time jobs with company named "dg services" that is from latur maharashtra on 8th of august 2018, with their conditions, and they assigned me 3000 forms for form filling work for 15 days of time, which i completed on 23rd august. I have re-verified everything for second time before submitting. After one day i got reply that your qc results are now in website, when i went and checked with website i found that your qc results failed, but the data which i typed and which they sent in qc results both differs and only particular column "postal address" field is showing more errors and mentioned double space given, so i went back to my pdf which i have downloaded from site, i saw that they all are correct while typing. Intentionally they made them into wrong to show that we are wrong. It’s totally fraud company, now they are demanding to pay 5400 within next day of submission of their qc results and continuously calling to pay money and when i googled and search the details regarding this company i found lot of people already filed complaint against the above mentioned company, i got a mail stating you got ah legal notice remainder for not paying money by the advocate naming details:

5. (As on 17.08.2018) we will send you the notice hard copy on your reidence address. Do reply us within 2 days or call us.
As on 16.08.2018 i also got mail from advocate mr. Minhaz m. Patel, email id [protected]@gmail.com for payment of rs.4900 within 4 days.
As on 17.08.2018 mr. Tejas joshi send me mail you have to pay rs.15510 otherwise you have to rs.50, 000 as total loss to our client.
They are sending wrong report and asking for money by calling regularly.
These all are cheating people please take necessary action against them.

Sir, i am a student from a small city in haryana. One day on 30 july 2018 a call from dg services to me. They ask me to do work from home without any charges, and they give me 25000 for that work. And then i agreed to do the work because i need money for my education. They provide me a work on 1 august 2018.in work i have to complete 1500 forms within 10 days. During work there is no response from their helpline number. I completed the work accurately and submitted my work. Then i contact to their helpline number but there is no response from them they didn't take my call. After that they provide me a false report that i didn't complete my work correctly. But there is no response from call. After that a advocate of them contact me and demand money from me. And threatened me that if i don't give money to them then he will file a case against me. After that they messaging me regarding case and demanding more money as they demand before.

Sir, 15 days back i got a call from the company asking my interest in work from home form filling job. As it is with no investment, i have given them my details, my aadhaar card scan copy. They sent me a legal document for confirmation. After that they given me a login userid and password. The website link is earnbysurvey.com. The very next day i got to know that the company is fraud. I warned them about returning my documentswhich i have signed. They didnt give any reply till yesterday. Today, they mailed me saying that as i have not submitted work i have to pay 7600. If not, they will send e the legal notice at my address then i have to pay 45000. They are harrassing me mentally by calling continuously. I am a student. I cannot give money and they are warning me regarding legal issues. Please help me and take a strict action as early as possible

Its totally fraud. So guyz dont take any tention. Be aware from them. The ist said u that its totally free and u h ave to fill 1500 forms in 10 days. And when u have completed all the forms, after 2 days they will say to u that ur forms are wrong and u have to pay 4900 rs and also after one day they will say to u that with penality charges, u have to pay 8700 or 90000, so guyz dont worry. U dont have to pay them. The mails the sent to u are totally fake.
