Company named dg services given form filling work from home job, I have completed the work and submitted, then I received qc report is failed.
Then advocate by name Rakesh Sharma called me and said I should pay the amount of 7610rs as penalty because your work is failed, but as per contract its mentioned 5400rs.
I told him I will pay only 5400rs as per contract he said Ok and I paid that amount also, it happened almost 1and half year back.

Now again advocates calling and asking for money because there is a case against me so I should pay some amount.

2 days back I received sms saying that
hard copy Notice of your ?Breach of Contract? case under the Section-73&74, has been dispatched at your address, which will be delivered to you within 72 working hours. Feel free to call at [protected] for any assistance as Government has appointed Public Prosecutor to work in your favor.

Kindly help me to get out from this case

I have 2month old baby I can't bear this kind of mental torture.

Demanding money and sending unauthorized legal files
I have started my work from dg services in 2019 and my submission could'nt happen because it is fraud company i stopped work. Now they are demanding money of 5400 by today evening 4o clocks i paid them because they are sending the legal notices and all. For breaking the agreement contract. And if i do not pay them they will file the case and make me pay around 50000... Their calls were threatening me with these things... So at last i paid them.
And now after 1 year i again received a message from this saying case under the section 73/74 has dispatched at your address, which will be delivered
To you within 72 hours. And all with the advocate details in it. And i called
To that number he is demanding me that you're case is'nt cleared and you have to pay 5400 by today evening 4:00. And threatening me with police verification sentences and all. Please do something and resolve my issue i need help...

I received a call from dg services for part time job - form filling data entry job. They told me to login to easybysurvey.com with my login credentials and my task is to submit 3000 forms in 15days, 10rs for each form. I started working on this on[protected] and for starting the job registration amount of 5400rs was charged. Before starting i got credentials from sdg services. I started filling the form and unable to continue the task given to me. So i quieted this job. I got a mail from aditya verma (Advocate. [protected]@gmail.com) and told me to pay 7526rs for cancelling the agreement on[protected]. I made the payment of 7526rs through my bank account and told him that i am not willing to work anymore. Aditya verma guaranteed me that i am out of dg services.
And again got a mail from arush shukla (Arush. [protected]@gmail.com) saying i[censored] want quite permanently, then pay 4050rs, by that i can move out from that permanently. And then i got mail from anirudh krishnan ([protected]@gmail.com) saying to pay the amount of 81500rs or else to attend delhi court. They are threatening me by calling and mailing to send the money. Below is the mail they drafted

Dear mr/miss,

Matter :- not fulfilled company requirement and breach company contract under 1872.

The court has given you adequate time to complete your file and pay the penalty but you did not complete the same and even also not respond to the notice in the court,
So court is going to take strict legal action against on you. You have to face strict legal consequences. Orders to be held and court decides you to appear in court in 2 days. If you do not appear in court, court will take legal action against you associated at your home address. Herewith court has decide to take final action or payment of penalty amount that is rs 81500/- in 2 days by you and present in arbitrary court otherwise court behold the right to take strict action against you as per indian penal code therefore take this matter as prime concern.

I got call from karan krishnan, he said he is an advocate and i have to come to delhi high court for signature. He also said if i wont attend then i have to pay 1, 80, 000 pf penality and if i can't able to reach there i have to pay them 13, 800 /-. So thst they can carry forward the further formalities. And now i got a message like under some section 73 and 74.

I worked in dg services long back and the work is completed there.. Now iam receiving messages and calls from advocate (As mentioned by the person calling) regarding that incompletion of work which i used to do 18 months back in dg services as given as follows:

I got message from some company about online form filling job. They sent me a link and told to register. After registration they gave me job. Within stipulated time frame i submitted and after few days thay send me report that your qc is failed. U have to pay 4900 rs penalty. I deposited the money. Again after two years today i got a call from advocate that ur file has come to us for legal actions. Because u have not closed ur agreement so u have to pay 12510 rs within one hour. I deposited 3000 rs which i had that time. After one hour they called me and told that legal notice has been issued. Kindly help me out and black list this company for doing fraud. I urge administration to take strict actions against dg services.

I have registered with a compay name dg servies, latur in august and completed work in 15days as said in the agreement, but after one day i got a message saying qc failed. Though i know that i havent made any mistakes to get rid of it i paid the amount they said. But after 4months, saying that they are from legal department as calling me ans asking me to pay around rs.26000 to close the file.

Sir a company name dg services that is a form latur maharashtra is a form filling company i saw quicker.com on august 3rd of 2018 with their conditions and they assigned me 3000 forms for filling work for 15 days of time on that time they taken my id proof addar xerox. Some my personal problems i fail to submitted my work.in august 22nd i got mail the mail id is corporate. I called him he is not respond my call after 3 months in december 11 one person called me his name is devesh a pandya he sad i am senior advocate of arbitrary court you have to pay 15500rs for non submission category. I sad to him already i pay money but he is not leasing my words asking money again and again if i did not pay that money they take legal action to me. Actually i joined a form filling job in dg services. They very fastly make me to join in that work, myself in eager with earning money joined without reading agreement properly. Then after starting the work, i thought this will be difficult. So i called to their helpline number to wind up the job. They asked me either to pay money or just complete the 3000 forms. Due my mistake i just started completing my work very fastly without sleeping even. With severe effort i even submitted the work few days before the submission date. But unfortunately, qc report failed. This is impossible. But now they are very much threatening me to pay the money otherwise they will take legal actions. I'm a student. I got a call from kavya from the company called Dg service. They gave me 15 days work and offered 30000/-. Due to personal issues I didn't do for 3 days. I mailed them for 1 day extension to the helpline id and this kavya on 10th day of my work. Helpline didn't respond for my mail. Kavya told that she is not responsible I have check with helpline and she blocked me. After 4days my deadline ended. Next day helpline people called and they offered me like if I pay 7000/- they will give 5 days extension. Otherwise I should have to get ready for further actions. 3 days later advocate mailed me about legal notice. I clearly told that I mailed so many times, they didn't respond. He asked me forward those mails. I did. Even he didn't respond after seeing those mails. Today they mailed me again and saying that I have to pay 5400/- for not completing and 2500/- for their legal charges. First they told within 7 days I have to pay. After 20min they messaged that I have to pay before 2pm today. Help me what should I do now?

The above mentioned company dg services has called me for online work. I started my work. But website was not working so i could not submit my work. I sent many mails to company and helpline people to solve my query. But there was not any reply form company end. So i given mail to company that i m cancelling my work. They did not replied my mail and phone calls. Then i received a legal intimation form their advocate demanding the money. I asked company to provide me legal documents, registered address and phone number. But they did not provide me the details. They have cheated many peoples. When i saw on website they have used only one bond paper for all other peoples agreement. Please take legal action against dg services. They are very big fraud company.

Sir/mam, i started form filling work on 26th aug 2018.. N i submitted work within 10 days on 4th sep. And accordingto their rules they had to send qc report within 3 days.. But they sent on 5th day.. And 1st thing is that i havent mail my work to their website.. N they replied that they got my pdf work file.. Hows it possible? And after 2 days i got a call from their company and they said.. Wo aapka call attend ab kyo karenge. Fir maine bola sir main ye work nahi kr sakta unhone knha sir aesa nahi wo skta agar work nahi krte ho to aapko ragistration charge fees 7600 pay krne honge. Mere to hose udd gye ki sala 1 rupeya kamaya nahi or 7600 rupeya dena pdega.
Such me main ek dam chup ho gya tation me etna pareshan ki samaj nahi aa rha tha ki kya kru.
Maine again evenning me call kiya or bola sir ji aap hi force krke bolte or fir ragistration charge unhone bola aapko asignment diya h to pura kro nahi to cancel ke liye paise pay kro.
Maine mnna kiya main paise pay nahi kr skta wo force krne lage ki agar aap aesa nahi krte ho to aap ke prti kanuni karewahi ki jayegi. Main sir bahut dar gya ki jis bande ne kabhi kisi se jagda nahi kiya sala wo ab case ki file lega.

Sir abhi tk mere ghar pe pta nahi ki main tantion ka sikar ho gya hun. Jab se ye huha na bukh lagti na nind aati pareshan ho rha. Kuch galat krne ka man krta hain. Sir darta hun papa..

I am deepak i got call from one of the employee dg services named sweta and she tell me regarding this form filling job and after listening to her i thought of check this out and at the time of registration when i read agreement which i found 3 months old and at the time of verification after listening i clearly said i am not interested but they still registered me and when i called them back to ask regarding this at first they didn’t pickup but when they do they said if you quite now you have to pay 4900 and with no other choice i completed those form after spending 8 days to complete and 2 days to check those form i submitted and even in that case they give me false qc reort, and one advocate keep mailing and messaging me to send money and threatening me please look into this matter. I had received a call from one of the executive from dg services regarding a job offering of online typing (Form filling) have sent me all the details regarding the job and found that i can do the same. And i agreed to do the work.
They asked me to sent scan of id (Licensee) for the name verification and i sent the same to them. I got my assignment on 1st september 2018 at 11:30 hrs.
This work was containing 1500 forms and we had to type this online in dg services website. If we complete we will be paid rs 30000/- for the same. During work time i had tried calling them for doubts as was told by them in the toll free number, but the phone was not answered.
I with lot of effort completed my work and sent to them as instructed by them with cross verifying it, made sure that there is not even a single mistake on the same.
They sent me qc report stating that my work has failed and is incomplete, but the report they sent was different it was not the report i had typed there were more spaces give deliberate to disqualify our work.
On the same very moment i received a mail that as i have not given the correct data i have to pay rs-4900/- as maintenance fees. Which as per them was mentioned in an agreement made by them on which i had not given any signature. I was sent on my mail only.
They were threatening me that if i do not pay that amount the company will pay legal action against me of criminal case, where as we have not done anything unethical.
I strongly suggest that this company is fraud. If the company was genuine they should had the respect for our hard work. They should had to correct only the mistake and they could have used the work for them. Instead they are sending a report which i had not entered and deliberately making mistake on the report by themselves to disqualify the work.
Now i have received fake legal notice that i have to pay rs 4900+2700 as legal charges. Why there is restriction no for these type of fraud companies who cheats innocent people and earn money out of those who wanted money and those who are ready to work hard to earn it.
It is my humble request that to take action about these people as they are playing with the emotions of people those who want to earn money through hard work and those who do not respect the hard work of others and make money out of the same. After this no innocent people should face any difficulty from these kind of groups.

I got call from one of the employee dg services named sweta and she tell me regarding this form filling job and after listening to her i thought of check this out and at the time of registration when i read agreement which found i found fake and at the time of verification after listening i clearly said i am not interested bu they still registered me and when i called them back to ask regarding this at first they didn't pickup but when they do they said if you quite now you have to pay 4900 and with choice i completed those form after spending 2 days to check those form i submitted and even in that case they give me false qc reort, and one fake advocate keep mailing and messaging me to send money and threatening me please look into this matter cause i already many victim regarding the same matter. Hoping your consideration in this regard
