My name is shaik karimulla, my age is 48. I am from hyderabad. I have cheated by mr. Jitu dhir s/o: krishan dhir (As he told me) dhitech consultancy services, sector-17, vashi, new mumbai.

Mr. Jitu dhir promised me to provide employment visa, after that only they will charge rs. 70, 000/-

Client interviewed me in whatsapp (As told by himself and mr. Jitu dhir - he is client or not i don't know). Whatsapp phone...

Dear sir/madam,
With all due respect i would like to bring in to your kind consideration about a situation where i was trapped by offering a job in italy as a helper in a spa (Renceo). This consultancy is located in vashi - navi mumbai and were contacted them via phone after seeing their advertisement in a news paper. I was told by them that there is a job available for me in italy and they even made me to sign a contract from that company (Renco) the same day. As per their requirements/ conditions i was told to pay rupees 30, 000 (Rs. Thirty thousand indian only) along with my passport to be submitted to them for the visa processing.
I was also told that i should be ready with in three months as the visa processing may take a maximum of three months time, mr. Rahul is the person who was the point of contact in that company and the person who took the money as well as the possession of my passport. Now its been more than a year and even after a loads of follow ups with them they were making many excuses and thereafter they said they will not be able to offer any jobs and will return back the money and passport to me.
After more than a year they have blocked me from any type of communication because of my frequent follow ups. I tried to make a complaint against them in our local police station, but they refused to file the compliant since the company is situated in mumbai.
I am so worried about my passport and money as you know they can use my passport for some other malpractices. Lately i came to know much more about their fraudulent cases with other job seekers as well.

Find attached the details of the contract and the reciept against the thirty thousand i had paid. Its relayy a hard earned money... Help me seek justice.
