Heard that Kanji Pragji Bldg No.1 residents, situated at Beh. Pragati Shopping Centre, Nr Suchak Hospital, Manchubhai Road, Malad east, last time when their other bldg fell, Municipal Corpn. came with bull Doser for dismantling, but the present landlord , Suresh Lalwani who issues receipt to them as that is pagdi system (previos: Ashok Goyal), also was present & the Great man Nagar Sevak, Dr RAMBAROT but Suresh lalwani did not allow...

In Malad Near Suchak Hospital Pragji Kangi Bldg. Behind Pragati Shopping Centre, is as old as more than 65 years, when from Pakistan people came running to Mumbai. sides are falling daily, collapsing, one oher bldg was fallen, municipality came, Municipal councilor Barot also came, but used bull dozer was also stopped breaking bldg.people are under fear as any time bldg can fall, nobody bothered,people living in that are very poor cannot...
