I ordered a Dressberry Women Navy Blue Analogue Watch MFB-PN-SNT-C30-1
on offer price 624 and MRP 3299 on 2 april 2022 in the location of kashipur
Uttarakhand and got a card as a warranty certificate of 1 year with the watch. I
hardly purchase the watch 1 month before and the glass out from the watch and
glass is not clear and separate from it. Kindly resolve my issue or help me in this regard

I received a product from myntra (Black adidas t shirt) on 18 th of august, it did not fit me so i wanted to return the product. The product is still with me but the delivery boy forgot to update the status of product as delivered. The status still remains undelivered dur to which i am not able to place a return request, after providing all details and pictures of product and despite of taking so many follow ups and been writing complaint, calling customer care executives, they have not resolved my complaint, every day i am given a 24 to 48 hrs time line which fails miserably. I am feeling mentally harrased by the customer service of myntra. It has been almost a month and i am call after every 48 hrs for follow up with myntra team. Now as the complaint period has crossed one month as i try to put a complaint on the same product, the complaint is being transferred to another product, which is automatically being resolved. I don’t know how and why my complaints are resolved as i still have the product and have no refund money.

I have already paid money through debit card but after i ordered the product none of the tracking details is shown. And finally after 20 days the package came. And i found the package was alreadt tampered and opened. It was already opened from one side and i did not accept the package and the delivery person left taking the package along with him. And even the tracking details is not given after ordering. And when i finally received it was already opened. So please solve my problem as soon as possible.
