Fraud with many people

Dear Sir
I had applied for learning license in Oct 2020 and it's been a year they are not ignoring and not working on it. Moreover my repeated email they responded they filled the form with incorrect information. When I asked them to correct and change the RTO office location they are not responding.
When I asked for refund they are denying to refund and stated 50% amount will be deducted. They are harrasing me with no response and no refund of my money.
They have no regret and reverting in absurd manner.
Please look into this matter extend help.

I had requested for my DL. And did a payment of 3200 for the same. Previously i had thought it was a government website, so i did the payment. But now it has been 3 months since then. I didn't got any details from them. I have done a complaint on their grievance dept. And didn't hears from them since.
Someone, please do something about this website, or else more innocent people will keep on falling in their traps.

Order ID PB[protected]M-RD for renewal of driving licence was issued on 01/03/2021 for which online payment of Rs1816 was made. The renewal order was cancelled subsequently by drivingwale.com on 02/03/2021 and they informed to refund the payment within 10days, however with several followup since then the payments did not refund so far and they goes on extending the refund rate with some excuse.

I have applied for DL through Drivingwale.com but did not get proper response . call center number does not work, they dont respond to emails. This is a fraud company . please stay away.

I am waiting for my refund since last 2 months.

I have applied through this driving wale for learning license from last three month but till date no any update as i have requested them to refund my charges they didnt any thing yet

I paid 1810 for renewing my licence on drivingwale portal on the 28th Jan 2021, please find attached the reciept.

I havent heard from your team in relation to my refund as your team is unable to renew my licence. I have tried reaching out to your number on your website bu to no awail and i am constantly getting pre-recorded messages and busy lines.

Please let me know when you are issuing my refund.

I had applied for learning license and then I cancelled it immediately due to lack of documents.I sent refund request via email and call on next day but I never got the refund. After that I tried many calls and follow up emails but nobody replied to them. Amount was 2000rs

Hi All, I have applied for renewal of DL on Oct-13th 2020 and paid Rs.1580, When I asked the Drivingwale executive on 29-Oct-2020 why the application is pending till today, the response given by the executive is that the Pimpri-Chinchwad RTO accepts slot between 7 pm to 11 pm, and nobody from there will go & schedule the slots after office hours and they were asking me to process the application from my side, one absurd she made that to wait for 3-4 days to see the whether RTO timings changes.
On that note, I asked that what is the guarantee that the RTO timings will change as per your wish and why I have to pay you 1580rs, she disconnected the call without answering.
So guys please beware of this company if you come across and I am expecting some kind of relief in getting my money back.

Drivingwale.com is a scam at its very core. I applied for a learner’s license, for which they charged 3, 000INR. The true charge for one is 500INR. I haven’t received a response from them since my application a month ago. This must be addressed, the website must be taken down.

Totally a Fraud company. They have cheated many, continue cheating. I don't know how long government agencies will wait to action against these culprits. I lost 2000/- for renewal of driver's license. They take money and just disappeared. They provide fake phone numbers, email address that doesn't respond etc
These are third rate fraudulent Bast**** . Please be careful. Don't even try submitting anything....

I am sonali nayak, was applying for the learning licence and did the transaction of amount rs 1768 but the amount got debited but website showed some error occured in transaction and did not complete.
I tried to contact numbers provided but they are unreachable. They responded in whatsapp saying their team will get back. It's been 2 days since this issue and no amount has been refunded or no one from their team has tried to reach out. I have checked in their forum and multiple people have complained regarding this. Please take due action and arrange for a refund from them.

Was looking for online driving liecence. Driving wale claimed online to give liecence. And taken money online apprx 4k.

After that no response .. No whatsapp revert. No mail revert .. No call receiving . Even tried to reach out to there office address but its fake.

Seems company is fake.

Request if you can help in getting my money back.
