Esi to khi ni hota agar kaam mai mistake h to mai sahi kar ki de deta hu problem kya h problem to jab hoto jab mai apna work due date se late submit karta correct sir but company na muja pay ni kiya then next date advocate ka mail aata h mera pass ki apka uper 73, 74, 75 section lag rha h apna company ka sath fraud kiya h sir mna kaha fraud kiya btao mna ussa call kiya to vo bolta h court ka apna charges bhe hota h 8950 rupa apko dena honga but aggrement mai likha tha 6200 dena honga mai legal action ki baat sun kar daar gya tha issliya mna ussa paisa de diya mna socha saab clear ho jyega. But uska baad mera pass uska dubara call aaya vo bolta h aggrement agar cancel karvana h to 28000 rupa aur dena honga ni to apko court aana pdega jail bhe ho sakti esa esa kr ki muja bolna laga mna phr uska number block kar diya but vo new new number se muja call kar ki pareshan karta h message bhe karta h bolta h tera career kharab kar dunga paisa submit kar mai sir btech student hu mujpe case ho gya to meri life kharab ho jyegi issliya sir kuch karo help me please mai bht preshan hu muja samjh ni aarha kya karu. This company is providing work from home data entry /page 25 rs. Making you sign an agreement for the work saying i[censored]nable to finish the work then employee have to pay odd 7000 rs. But once the work starts the software on which they are making us work is not working. And upon that when I am complaining them in their help desk they are giving no such solution. No follow ups are done from their end till the contract end date once an employee is raising any issue towards the software. Suddenly after completion of end date they directly give a scam call and ask for money in the name of Indian Government of Law using different personal numbers(eg: [protected]).

I was defrauded by this company they made me work and told i have to type 1200 with 90% accuracy so i sat day and night and completed it and i also too 1200 screenshots. After completing i got a mail within 15 hours by an advocate asking me to pay money i also got whatsapp messages from him. I told him we will resolve the issue in court and his reply in 2 mins was come to vapi high court at 10 i checked there is no high court there. After that i asked him case number and bar id number and got no reply. After a week i got a call from another call from a person who says he is from a person named mukesh rana who is from the legal team in this company apparently. He is again harassing me. What they didn’t know is that i have checked and taken screenshots of 1200 documents and after checking i found that they have made a lot of changes after i submitted so i don’t get 90% accuracy and i pay them money. I request you to please get me what i am owed because i have worked really hard day and night for it and i am really in need of it. It was also mentioned documents will be checked randomly but i see that each and every one is checked and to avoid making payment they altered with the docs. The numbers are

They are not giving my salary and sent me a qc fail report with 200 wrong forms... Bt actually in whirch 85 forms are right... They are continuesly demanding for money 6700 from me and herrassing me throuth some legalities... I don't know those message are true or false... I haven't trust them... Based on our financial needs we opt work with the zeal to support our family.in that process, i came across the company called drl solutions.

Here, i am supposed to do a form filling activity of total 1200 forms in a platform for which the company will provide the user id and password.
Due to instability in their portal, the work couldn't be completed as assigned which is totally not my fault. Because though i wanted to complete, the platform did not support it.

Now, a person naming himself to be a lawyer with no basic manners is enforcing me to pay the registration fees. Instead of discussing more on what the matter is - he is threatening to inform the police and is not even concerned with what the issue is. I would like to disclose his number which i have already provided to the cyber threats department - [protected].

He has also sent me a message with internal case number where he has filed against me. Since i do have people in my family working in law department, i ensured it to be a fake. And i know in format a legal notice would come to a person.

First of all, it is the duty of any registered corporate working as full time or part time to schedule a short or a long / one round or many rounds of interview of the candidate and further with the verification process of the candidate before providing the job.
Which these people failed to do it. They did not even ask what my qualification is - whether i'm knowledgeable to handle the computer nor i have basic set up which i could handle the work.

No formal training advice was given on any of the work. Just a screenshot which shows what is to be done. No customer support. And they claim to be a working company.

First of all it is a civil act. He is intimidating me in the name of police which is an offense under the section 503.

Sir, kindly help me out from them as soon as possible from their hand.

I have received a call from the company...they are asking for rs 6700, even after cancelling my work.
They are blackmailing me that if I did not pay to the company..then they will file a legal case against me. They have taken my adhar card details. I have clearly told to them that I dont want to do this work, and they said ok mam we are cancelling your registration. Even after that they are blackmailing and asking for money. Please help me . Drl Solutions called me for a job of data entry for filing 1200 forms with a accuracy of 90% and if the accuracy is below 90% then I have to pay registration charges of Rs. 6700/- . I worked for this company they took my adhar card photo and i had to fill 1200 forms with 20 errors in 8 days. I submitted it and they told me that they will send me qc report regarding my work but they sent me a legal notice saying that i have done a fraud and they are filing case against me in court if i don't pay 6400+3500 rupees. Respected sir/madam, i have enrolled for working with this company and started working. On the 2nd day of working i was getting errors in the site so i wasn't able to do work for several hours. They have given me helpline no. But somehow it got deleted. So i called and sent messages to the executive who had provided me this job as if she can provide me with the helpline no. But she didn't reply to messages neither she took my calls. And today, on 08th june 2020, i got a mail and call from their lawyer (Don't know if he is fake), that i have to pay regs fees of ₹6700, according to the agreement. If i fail to pay this before 3pm today they will send my file to the court for legal actions and file a case against me. He was saying that cases are filed against me under section 73, 74 and 75. Now they are threatening me continously through calls, messages and emails that they will send notice to my house. Kindly help and track them as soon as possible. They also said there is a helpline no. Available at the end of log in page but its not there. I am sending screenshots of the same and also of the whatsapp chat from the executive.

Here they give work from home jobs with the intention to cheat according to breach of contract and they loot money from people where they are combined with some useless lawyers and software engineers and try to loot money. This is a never ending scam where the intentionally give job to loot money from job seekers.. This a very big fraud going now.. They collect information from consumer complaints also and call you as behalf of consumer forum and tey to create scam and the advocate "siddarth verma" and talk behalf of "chamber of law" and spoil their name also...

But still I'm lodging a complaint as I can see these fraudulent act disturbing and pushing many people to stress.
Being a citizen of India we do have certain responsibilities to stop such activities.

No company can allow a candidate enter the work platform without an investment from the company side but with this they will term the candidature of the employee to certain period.
Instead, they will never ask the candidate to pay the fees either from their salary nor extra pay after termination of the work.
This DRL solutions are misusing the legal papers in the name of law to grab the money.

Kindly do take a viable action of these frauds.

The company employee called because the work was not done on time and asked for 7800 as extension amount and then asked for more money regarding some dhara against me and then more and in total they've taken around1.14 lacs from me and now for more 16, 000 and i refused to give so they are calling me and telling me that they'll send a legal notice at my home and will take legal actions against it. While they took my money they also told me that all the money is refundable and i also have screenshot for that. I have all the recordings of the calls and i just want my money back which they took by fraud and forgery. I need help

I applied for a work from home job at drl solutions, gujarat. They gave me a form filling work, for 7 days and to complete 800 forms. Then they will give me the amount of rs 25 per form, after deducting rs 6700, and if i am not able to complete the work, i wiil have to pay the penalty of rs 6700. When i started the work, the site got crashed for 3 days in the span of a week. I still completed 500 forms, but got no response. I tried calling to the company helpline numbers many times, the number was always switched off, sent the email to company helpline mail addresses, but those got deleted, tried reaching the company on whatsapp. But i got no response. Now, after 2 months, i have received a mail, from the email id [protected]@gmail.com, asking me to pay the money. He has called me for 6 times, asking me to pay the fine or be ready for legal procedures, and also threatened me to file a complaint against me in the court. Kindly help me with this issue. Since we arr at no fault in this situaton.

Aur maine sare form khud check kiye the unmai se 20 form worng the. DRL company wale ke advocate ka phone aya tha aur faltu ke charges laga raha hai. Drl solution had given me fake job offer. They have said me to do 90% correct data entry. But knowing its fake i have discontinued it. I am also got the call from this company and they took my aadhar card for the registration and i checked the details company is completely fraud they sent me some documents and taken otp i replied their mail also as don't want to work with i am mentioning the mobile no. They have contacte through her watsapp number and they gave a i'd option and password and told her to use that 1 time in one lap or mobile
She started the wrk but she didn't finish wrk by time because of this lock down
