I got a call from a lady saying that she will give me a online form filling job & there would be no charges & that i will have it deducted from my 1st payment i. E rs.4900, it was 1500 forms in 10 days, so i started working but now i got to know that the company is a fraud and m trying to quit but m getting emails saying that i would have to pay the charges or they would transfer my id to legal depatment.
What should i do now??br...

I worked with digital services, maharashtra through online and they gave me task of completing 1000 forms in 10 days. Due to network issues, i couldnt complete that 1000 forms but what ever i completed was accurate. When i asked them office address, they are threatening with legal notice and they are demanding me more money which is not there in agreement. Incase of not paying, they are threatening to case a file. Please help me with this issue.

I got a call from ds services for a home based job of form filing in which i will be required to fill 1500 forms in 10 days.
I got myself registered with them but know after registration i got to know about fraud that such companies are fraud. So i called them and said that i will not be able to do such a job, they are saying to pay 4900 for that. What should i do?

I wanted to earn money so i searched some freelancing jobs. I found a job on quicker named as ds services that i felt could be genuine. They forced to sign me a virtual legs contract to start work. They took my address proof and gave me the work of form filling of 1500 pages in 10 days. I completed the work on time and also checked the work twice because the money was to be deducted for every wrong page. So i submitted the correct work on the given time. Two days later they send me a mail saying you didn't submitted the work on time so you have to pay 7510 as utility and they also imposed false allegation that i abused the client. They said if i don't pay it then i will have to pay 50000. When i called them and said i submitted the work they immediately send me a report showing that my work failed. They are now threatening me every day on calls and sms that they will send me legal notice and will take legal actions on me.
I am very much depressed and stressed due to all this scenario.

If anybody is going through the same problem please tell me how to get rid of this.

I have started working for DS services, home based online form filling of 1500 forms on 31 Oct 2018.I completed my assignment of 1500 forms on 8th Nov 2018 before the submission period.The completion duration is 10 days. I sacrificed my routine work and my sleep to complete this assignment .I even rechecked my 1500 forms again before submission.Inspite of all this, I received call from legal team of DS services and threatened me to pay 4900 rupees for not completing the task on 15 nov 2018.Today again they sent the mail that I have to pay 20.500 rupees or else they will initiate the case in Surat court.the contact number of the lawyer is adv Dilip Jain, mobile#[protected]. In true caller when I searched the number, it says the bearer of the number is m.patel and is marked as spam by many. I need to be out of this crazy scam .It is a terrible experience of losing time and money when you are looking out to make money.DS service head office is in golandaz street, nanpura, Surat and they have an office in latur, Maharashtra.the other fact is that they have given a helpline number to call in case of doubts or questions.even if we call a 100 times, they do not respond to you.Atlast you will have to complete all the forms without any clue.This is the harsh reality

I got call from ds services for online form filling. They gives job for typing 3000 application in 15 days. Will spend 7 hrs daily and do.
They said sent me a address proof document and i sent him and then they made a aggreement on a non judiciary stamp of my name as second party and their own as second party. Then they sent me a user id or passworld and sent me a website link named workfromhomes.
And after i will check their reviews and i got it totally fraud. And i quited their work now they are sending me a legal notice to pay 7900 money. If i not pay the money they will take legal actions on me. Please check this whole matter. They are try to scare the people for paying the money.
And this is the number of who calling me and asking the money now [protected] as a legal department. They also send mi a advocates notice on mail. What i should do now?? Please help me..

But they don't guide me... Case file krne ka kah re h.. Help me sir plzzzzzz... Or sir muje daily ek no. Se call or msg aaya h vo kahta h k me advocate kunal shah bol rha hu aapke khillaf ipc k under 420 ka case krege. Vrna 8999 rs. Bharo... Sir mene saara kaam kiya h... But inhone muje ye ni btaya k pdf kaise generate krni h or us time mene inhe calls bhi ki.. Mail bhi kiya.. But they can't reply... Or 2 din bad phone krke kahte k hm aap pe ehsaan kr re h. Vrna paise jma krao vrna case krege... Ehsaan kaisa sir... Kaam. K paise to diya ni upper se ek msg.. Mail or call krke daily drate h sir... Help me sir.. Mere exams h ab.. Hello sir i am doing a job of ds services and they give me 1500 forms to fill in 10 days i did it with accuracy and check all the forms i submit the work on time but when i saw the qc i am shocked they give a lot of mistakes and said your qc is fail so you need to pay penalty
I refused then they harass me and send msg and email to pay money and said that they file a case against me

I am Mohammed Ahmed Pasha had joined the Ds services home based part time job on 29 October 2018 and start working on it. In its terms and conditions it says that a worker have to complete 1500 form filling process within 10 days and with 90% accuracy that means 1350 forms should be accurate or else a worker have to pay to the company 4900/- as a utility and maintanance fees. But while i am working on its website i found that for filling a single form we need atleast 4-5 min that means to complete 150 form filling we need 12.5 hrs a day without break, that means we cant able to do it as a part time work .But now i am afraid about the legal action if any taken by the company, than what can i do sir please help me.

Sir, before 15 days i got work from surat but while filling data for only five box it's taking 10 minutes time. I called company no. [protected] but didn't received call then i sent 2 mails then they mail me that they will received call. And after 4 mail they attended call. Whatever problem created i told them. And i have company sms that how much data used and how much time that server took. Now they demanding money. Why should i give money i m ready for doing job but their server has problem then it's their problem and now advocate calling me.
