I am writing this email after getting no support with uncountable attempts from VIDEOCON D2H service provider. Firstly the no. provided over internet and their website is not working i.e. +[protected]. After 100+ attempts if you are lucky you get connected. I have called them infinite times in last 1 week and able to connect twice only. I have filed a complaint that my D2H is not working properly

I have issues in Videocon DTH and remote also not working ordered for a remote on 27/03/2019 till now no one has contacted and I called so many times no has given proper response. Every time I’ve called to the customer care number busy either system not working. No proper response from any one. One service engineer called and I told the issues and asked for remote he is not responded properly, he told that you have to contact customer care I’m not responsible for that

On 30th Mar 2019 I called to the customer care he told that your problem will solved with in 8 hours of time till now no one has

Phone charges more than 100rs s

I activate the choice of channels and payment was done now i want more channels to add in exciting pack. So i remove free channels and want to add some my choice channels. But every time when i submit channels they showing payment failed while the channels are removed successfully but not adding new channels any more. I trying company's care from 7 days but they are not resolved this and behaving rudely. So pls help

I had purchase dishtv subscription on 14.02.2019 vide ref no. Cdt[protected] and paid amount of rs.4597/- vide payment ref #[protected].

However, i lodged complain to cancel my above subscription and credit amount but till date i didnt received any call or mail from them nor they are returning my amount.

Request you to kindly help me.

Sir/madam, I am Somashekar Pattar, , iam in bellari, dist, kamalapur and my account in kamalapur state bank of india branch so I have yesterday recharge our DTH(tata sky) paid to my account via paytm, the amount rs, 1930/- is failed to recharge and that amount to be debited my account so plz solve and re credit that amount. This is my complaints. That's all...thanking u sir.

We are paying to DTH Service, such as DishTV, TataSky, etc to watch our favorite serials or Movies.
Yesterday I was watching a movie on "Housefull Movie" but i could not watch because it showed an advertisement of FAT Loss product nearly 30 mins, then I switch off my TV.

We are paying then to watch our favorite movies or serials not to see the advertisements.

There are maximum channels which shows advertisements such as "FAT LOSS", GROW HEIGHT", etc maximum of the time. I think these channels are taking money from those advertisers and show the advs as much as possible intead of movies/serials

In today Maximum of the channels shows more advertisements than movie/serials.

We all should raise hands for this.

Guy ……..we are the service provider of DTH in Navi Mumbai I need to know where to complain against cable operator. Day by day they are troubling to ours guy.I have been complaining to police but no one ready to stop all this thing..now every time he says give the name who has beaten or cable operator name .how we now there name . they come in group and beat the guy and run off………police also not supporting to us. Major area farm society (sec-11 and sec-12 Koparkhairane,sec-23 juinagar,sec-14 and sec-20 bealpur,kharghar sec-1 to sec-35,khanda colony sec-1 to sec-10).there are 15 lac customer who are feedup against the cable service they are ready to install the DTH service of any company but the cable operator are against to install the DTH service in there area so what TO DO PLS REPLY
That's why I need quick solution, Where can I complain against him.

I purchased a Rs. 550/ amt recharge coupon from a shop at Kalyan, in Thane district, in Maharashtra, the serial no. of which is[protected]. While scratching the secret pin number some of the digits got damaged beyond recognition. Many a times it happens. So now pl. assist me to recharge my acct. at the earliest as it has only 1.71/ in balance. Also newly launched Marathi channels like Mee Marathi, Star Maza, Zee Chowees Taas,etc are not shown. Pl start them at the earliest.
