My name is Amit Sen. As a rightful customer for the propety, I too invested my money on the properties issued by Durga Builders pvt ltd. We didnt knew about their history or anything else in that matter. But like others, we too became a victim of their cheating. We invested on their properties at around 1985. We gave our installments hoping we will be given our land soon.
Since then, nothing has been heard from them. we are right...

om sai ram...... hello sir my mother uma devi purchased a plot by the durga builder in the year of 1986 all installments I was paid but they have not given the plot. along with the development charges.I have all the receipts details which was given by the builder .I am waiting for your positive response.i am also attach my mother photo.
