Did not release offer letter and didn't provide any status also

Such a fraud company. I attended the dxc drive for java developer on 12 Jan 2020(noida). After all rounds, HR told me that I got selected and wait for the mail. On 13th Jan, 2020, I got the mail "Congratulations on your selection with us. As a part of selection process request you to please complete the below mentioned procedure" from HR team(pawan kumar). After submission of documents, I waited for offer letter and called them and they told me to wait one week and offer letter will get released. But after one week, I didn't get any offer letter. Neither I got any mail/status form them . After that I called multiple times but no one picked my call, I sent multiple mails but didn't get any reply from them.
Such a bad experience. Total waste of time and efforts.

till now i didn't received offer letter. no reply form hr for phone calls and emails as a reputed company its good to play with job seekers?

Attended drive for automation engineer for testing profile in bangalore (O5 jan 2019). Selected in that drive. They took all the documents in scanned copy. They told will receive offer letter in three days its been more then 20days i didn't receive any offer letter.
Everyday we are calling to hr and they are not giving the contact details of the other hr so that we can clarify why we didnt receive offer letter simply they will say we have forwarded your issues to the concerned person we didn't received any updates will let you know like that to me and my freinds. They dont have a internal communication between hr's. This is how the mnc hr will work without having internal communication?
If they dont want that as a hr they should reply to emails. We agreed for the same salary which we discussed in hr round.
If they dont need candidates why they conducted interview and wasted candidates time. As a big reputed company how can the hr is so irresponsible even not picking call or replying candidates emails.
Let them reply for either it may be a positive or negetive result? On what basis they have given offers to others? This is how mnc will do based on package?
If we have expected more salary why they agreed during hr round. For a dxc company paying 5lpa for 2+years experience candidate is big amount? On what basis they have given offers to others? The way other hr taking to candidates is worst? Its not about my issue people like me kept hope on companies
