My name is Kapil. I had ordered the goods from flipkart but instead of that item another item arrived to me but they are not taking the goods back and not giving me my money back flipkart ones!

Not getting Salary from Company and bad behavior of vendor

I Daleep Singh working as assistant in Ekart Logistics (SATELLITEHUB_JAI), Employee Id - 2084338, RS HR SOLUTIONS VENDOR ID - HTSF84730 would like to put following few lines before you for your kind supervision and necessary action, Sir I joined my duty on at location as Assistant, sir my point of discussion over here through this letter is to inform you that i am facing problem with my payout, sir before I should say anything let me inform you that Karvy Vendor had never gave me the rules and regulations of joining and leaving except a identity card that to without official sign and stamp on it, Sir
i was told that i will get my payment of 8500 pm and and this payment is for 28 days, but after a month i was get sick and i qas not able to inform my company, So being unable to inform i was totally fainted sometimes because of sickness, i left the job for unsatisfaction of salary. So I disagreed to work in that type of environment, So when i asked about my salary vendor didn't gave any response & incharge also and he agreed to that but he was not agreeing to release full payment he Everytime tell that Go to hub and ask salary to the incharge, my payment will be kept on hold with some other employees who joined in my batch, sir there is not transparency in payout. When we ask for payment Incharge is Using bad behaviour and telling to complain whomever I can he doesn't fear. I working from 2nd june 2021 to 7 august 2021, from 2nd june to 13 june Incharge did not get punching done for my attendance. And then i asked for my salary they told me that they can't do nothing in this, So I want to ask you that what about my salary. They hold my 1month and 2 days salary
I will provide you the number of RSHR vendor who recruit me for Ekart Company. Please do something in this matter so i can get my salary asap.
Sir this type of peoples in reputated organization like E Cart is totally unexpected and intolerable I pray you to enquire about the matter and take necessary steps as early as possible.
