Sir my issue is regarding failure payment.Today Thursday (date-29/07/2021; time 3:20pm) my account balance deducted while making a payment for D.EL.ED (BSTC) EXAM FORM fill and chalan 400 rupees deled through easypay-ICICI gatway pay

Have made payment twice for HSVP water bill for Rs 2679/- from my sbi account which means Rs 2679/- paid two times but payment has failed and amount deducted . Details of msgs received are given below:-

As checked, both the transactions are successful via Citrus transaction Id - OL[protected] & OL[protected] and source transaction Id - [protected] & [protected] at our end. For any concern regarding, delivery of the product/Payment receipt/Account Details/Cancellation/Refund, request you to contact the merchant eazypay directly to get the status at their end.

I request for a fund to easy pay for upgrade my wallet on 22/10/2018 but after transfer money they deactivate my id and still now not refund my money. Company add & bank detail:115/116, orbit ind estate, off link rd, malad west, mumbai-400064. A/c no - sbi, no-[protected], ifsc-sbin0002271. My id:[protected]. I call them many time but not answer. Please help and refund my money.
