Registered Account No. [protected] ईजी पे अकाउंट क्रिएट होने के बाद मैंने उसमें अपना बायोमेट्रिक ईकेवाईसी पूरा किया। उसके बाद वीडियो ईकेवाईसी कंप्लीट किया l उसके बाद उस वॉलेट में मैंने ₹5000 जैसे ही जमा किया। कंपनी ने मेरा अकाउंट सस्पेंड कर दिया। अब कुछ भी नहीं हो रहा है और मैं लॉगइन भी नहीं कर पा रहा हूं। कस्टमर केयर से कोई जवाब नहीं मिलता है. जैकी श्रॉफ को शामिल करके प्रचार प्रसार करके कंपनी चलाते हैं और यह गरीब लोगों को लूटने का एक गोरख धंधा चला रहे हैं.

I had filled the form o[censored]ratpg 2022 and made an application payment of RS 550 through my UPI scan on 18 july 2022 on easypay portal but on website that said that the payment is not successful .and my is debited from my account and not refunded till now. Even my application form is not approved because of failed transaction . Transaction ID :[protected]
Please kindly look over my issue and make refund as soon as possible. Hoping for a positive response from your side.
