Subject: Urgent Assistance Required for OTP and PDC Application

I am Priyanka S T, with USN: 1BY20AI037. I registered on the eDDTS official portal using my USN but have not yet received the OTP required to sign in. It has been three days, and I am unable to proceed without the OTP and password.
I urgently need to apply for my Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC) to VTU for my job, and I must receive the PDC by the end of the month. Please consider this as urgent and address this issue as soon as possible.

I live in New Zealand and currently trying to get my transcript online through eddts.vtu.ac.in but I am unable to use New Zealand number hence I cant get otp.

Please resolve the issue. Eddts seems like a great improvement this one change will make it even better.

I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.
So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for transcripts degree certificate. Its really urgent and a quick solution would be highly appreciated.
I want you to resend the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.

This is to bring to your notice that I have registered to EDDTS portal using my personal mobile number, in order to continue the portal should send me a OTP even though my mobile number is correct I have not received the OTP till now and I'm not able to verify my mobile number. The registration was done 10days ago.

These transcripts are required for my future education.
