No option for foreign phone number

Hi,
I live in New Zealand and currently trying to get my transcript online through eddts.vtu.ac.in but I am unable to use New Zealand number hence I cant get otp.

Please resolve the issue. Eddts seems like a great improvement this one change will make it even better....

VTU EDDTS OTP not received and hence not able to login

I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.
So that I'm unable to access eddts portal to apply for transcripts degree certificate. Its really urgent and a quick solution would be highly appreciated.
I want you to resend the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.

Didn't get OTP

I registered for the eddts portal but didn't get OTP to verify my phone number.
Now when I try to sign up again, it says the user is already registered.
These transcripts are required for my future education.
I want you to resend the OTP or user details through SMS or e-mail.
