The wall tiles of bathroom were so poorly constructed. The tiles came down and fall on my daughter while she entered the bathroom and she was injured. The complain was raised to eldeco, the construction company and they were not willing to visit the site and they told that they have already handover the flat to the current management of eldeco and it is not their responsibility.
Eldeco must take the responsibilities of poor construction and should repair all the construction related issues. They must repair the tiles of the bathroom asap.

This Company ELDECO made false promises at the time of booking in August 2009 stating that Duplex shall be ready before October 2011 i.e. Diwali of 2011. Later on after taking advance in application form made it 28 months after full payment. When we enquired about it they said that this is all formal so that company may have a cushion. Later on when we visited site time to time and found that very few labour was involved on the work. We complaint of it that if this shall be the speed it shall not be completed in time. They replied us not to worry. Diwali of 2011 passed away.Later on when our period of 28 months was about expire we again complaint. The Eldeco's Chief engg told that though it is late but we will give possession by June 2012. April 2012 (Due date) passed away. June 2012 (delayed promised date) passed away. Then we wrote to the companies higher authority who promised for April 2013. Now May 2013 is running.

One more thing the quality is highly inferior. All POP done was soiled before our eyes. Tiles were fitted so badly that we had to visited thrice to get them corrected. One of our door frame (Chokhat) has torn. This was not changed despite of our several complaints till last visit.

Please be careful before dealing with this company ELDECO.

This is Jagveer Singh i have booked unit no E 4/ 1002 IN Eldeco Neemrana. DATE was 29 / 09 /12. I have paid your registration amount after than i have have paid amount INR 434025 for my next 2 installment together by RTGS from sbi bank RTGS SBINH[protected] FOR ELDECO INFRASTRUCTURE. I have paid this amount in date of 05 nov 2012 but your company response is very very poor. Nobody responding after send everthing by me. eldeco employer Mr rohit bahduria saying they not got this payment and he confirmed this from your account section. Special thing is that i am paying 2 installment together and asking to coordinating eldico employers from last 4 months but after then no call no message from your side. I have sent my payment printshrt to aldeco person ASHISH , YOURAJ , RAHIT BADURIA BUT all are not not taking my matter seriously.When i ask to mr Rohit Baduria for any customer no technical support provided by your company ? he saying there is no any that type of things here. This is my bad experience. Looking forward for early action from your side.
