Embassy Projects and Infrastructures now known as HiLand Realty Pvt Ltd.
We booked a land from them under Serene project. We gave an advance of Rs. 1,00,000.
They told that the land will be approved by BBMP in a month or two. It got approved recently.
The deposit is lying with them. In between around 2 yrs, till the land got approval, there was no communication from them. Now when we do not wish ahead, they are not refunding...

My name is Rupesh and I am from Bangalore. I paid 1.84 lakh to Embassy projects and Infrastuctures land developer for their project named Hiland Serene with an agreement that I would pay the balance amount and get the property registered in my name after he gets the necessary approvals in reasonable time. I paid this advance in April 2008 and in Oct 2009 he was able to get the approval. Which is definitly not a reasonable time (18 months)...
