This is to inform everyone out there that there is this ONLINE RECRUITMENT AGENCY/CONSULTANCY called Employment India ( Website : www.employment.ind.in) who will get your number from MONSTER.COM and will tell you that your CV has been short listed for Bharti Airtel ( There might be other companies names being used but i am aware of this one only) and they will ask you to pay a charge of Rs. 2200 initially to get the login and password details to access their webiste job portal. Once this is done they will schedule an interview with the company HR or whoever that is ( Dont be fooled its none other than a person from the so called employment India office). Next they will tell you that the interview went very well now the only thing pending is a 3rd party verification for which you need to pay Rs. 5700 which will be refunded in your first month's salary ( A BIG LIE !! ) because you have scored marks in your 10th / 12th exams ( Another BIG LIE again !! ) once even this is done they tell you one last process needs to be done i.e salary negotiation and for that you need to deposit around Rs. 210300/- to get your offer letter. DONT DO ANY PAYMENT as this is a BIG SCAM. I will pay only 10300 in the date 12/09/2014. Total mony deposite is 2200+5700+10300 = 18200 rs. You will under process by the company. Swachi(employment.ind.in) employee called me and said that your profile has been shortlisted and they asked me to pay Rs.2200/- and they said after that we will arrange an interview with IBM HR and it will be telephonic round, i said i don't have money i can't pay it no problem if i miss this opportunity but my uncle was listening and he said go and pay the amount, so i did that ..But they arranged interview and when i heard the voice of HR(IBM) it was same voice the person name Kumar suresh from employment.ind.in.. and then next day again they called and said that you have successfully cracked the interview and you have to get your documents verified by the verification department. They transferred that call to verification department and then he asked me to pay 5000/- Rs for verification but at that time i said i don't have money and i can't pay and then he said ok we will let u know when there is an opportunity from other companies... I thought that they are genuine as i thought that it was a consultancy which is registered or tied with our government, so i paid the 2200/- Rs THEY ARE FRAUDS DON'T TRUST THEM
