Dear Sir / Madam,

It has been more than a month, i have registered myself with Employementindia.com.

Initially i have been called continuously on mobile reg. opening in Axis Bank and Yes Bank and it has been stressed that, the Vacancy is for Urgent filling of the position.

Your representative were behind me to pay up the charges of Registration I have paid the following in 3 instant.

1. Rs. 2500/-
2. Rs. 6100/-
3. Rs. 1400/-

Totally i paid Rs. 10, 000/-

Surprisingly after making the payment and submitting the necessary documents i received 5-6 job alerts that too of incorrect industry i.e, IT, wherein i had been approached for Vacancy / Opening in Banking Industry. On alerting the same to your Customer Service people they asked me to sign the invoice and send the scanned copy to the email id from where the job alerts were sent.

Secondly, your Customer Service people's Mobile Phone nos. are out of order viz. Soumya and Priyanka [protected] and [protected] respectively.

I would request for your kind response for my mail, if not i would be forced to proceed further with legal action.

These are cheaters. After taking my initial money, i denied to make the next payment. They asked me to initiate the claim for refund. Even after two months i am yet to get the refund and they are not picking my calls too

I got a call from employment india.we will share the your resume to my value client and they said i will pay reference amount rs 2500 then documented verification number 7200.But i have paid reference amount 2500 rs and document reference amount as 3600 on[protected] .they said document verification amount we will refund once you get the job.after 2 days i said i don't want your support.please provide the my amount.i want only document verification amount only.when i was call to employment customer number [protected] and HR number [protected] and [protected]. did not pick up the call.suppose they are pickup the call we have asked to refund amount suddenly cut the call.
the above mentioned three fraud number.my humble request to government .please this kind of the consultancy don't allowed in INDIA.

please do the needful and i want my document verification amount as soon as possible.am not a rich person.right now i am very critical situation.

Roshni ( now i guess name is fake) offered Job and asked me to transfer 1500/- I did that within 24hours, I called them to cancel my request. But after than Roshni transfered call to Sharma( Shameful for keeping that Respectful religion name). After that never received call back or refund done to my bank a/c. I got a call today(28 Dec'15) from Employment India saying that we have got your profile and there is matching requirement for your profile and it is IBM bangalore for Analyst role and your compensation is going to be "X"lakhs and you are going to have 2 rounds(one telephonic and one face to face) and we will give you 110% guarantee that you wil be selected in the company as we have tie up with company HR. Tomorrow 11 am is going to be telephonic round before that IBM HR is going to call to discuss job description, ROles and Responsibilities. Then she said you will have to pay us 2500/- as one time registration charges which will be valid for 5 years, so anytime you want to change job we will place you in other companies too. Lady asked me open there website http://www.employementindia.com/index.php and made me register online by paying sum of Rs.2500/-. She said i will get confirmation automated mail of registration in my mail id.Which i received too and said her manager will call me back in 5 minutes to discuss about this job. I got a call after 5 min from another lady saying, you have successfully registered and repeated above points of recruitment and mentioned i need to submit couple of documents for them to forward it to company within 48 hours and before that we will need to finish document registration online in there website. Lady asked me to open there website again http://www.employementindia.com/index.php and there again i see 6100/- mentioned for Documents registration. Thats when i got a doubt and sensed it is a fraud company and asked them you didnt mention about all these charges earlier and had told its just one registration fee of 2500/-. I told them i dont want to go further and need amount of 2500/- credited to my account immediately.They said Accounts department will call you again in 5min. One guy calls up now by name Kamlesh saying he is from accounts department and tries to convince me to go ahead.When i aggressively told him i need my amount immediately, he says its not possible and it will take 10 days for refund to happen. I said i dont need any verbal confirmation, i need mail confirmation for email i sent to them on [protected]@employementindia.com so that i can track it. He strongly opposed saying we dont send any mail communication and hanged up. After which i did a research about Employment India reviews and saw lots of complaints reported against them in Consumer forum.I immediately got in touch with few of them who had left there mobile numbers with there comments and got to know they have been duped with much more amount by giving hope to candidates saying they will get them job not only in India but abroad too and taken thousands of rupees from them. Reporting issues in Counsumer Court has not helped them in anyways in terms of any action taken against Employment India company nor amount they paid was refunded to there accounts. Problem is most o[censored]s are common middle class people who have N number of things to manage in daily life.The max person would do when any such issue happens to them is just report it to consumer forum but doesn't go to further extent because of other daily issues in life and companies like Employment India take advantage of common man. There are many such similar companies which are operating who are duping many people everyday and needs to be brought to public attention so that people are aware and they dont get into such fraud set of companies and make sure such companies are Black listed and shut down. I have proofs of amount paid to Employment india and also the mobile number they operate from: [protected] and mail. They have customer care people who rush through the scripts and dont know what they are speaking and they track the CV's of people who are actively applying for job and they just take advantage of candidates. They appoint same set of people as Manager, Senior Manager, Accounts department, director. we dont know who is the face behind this scam. These are definitely people who have good access to reputed job portals who have opened such fake companies to mint money. Sir employment india has kept my amount of rs 32000 for the job in hdfc bank ... But after the payment there is no response for joining letter..when I ask for it they are saying for refund of amount after charging service tax and the amount was rounded approx 25000 ... But the amount is not yet deposited in my account ...and every contact number is switched off ... Website is not responding .. Hello consumers court, Please help me out. I have been cheated from the employment India fraud company in the name of job. They have looted 77 thousand nearly saying that they will provide me a job and at last they have switched off the cell. I got call from Employment India. They told me that they have job opportunities in IBM and Dell. They told me if I give their reference then I will definitely get selected for that vacancy. I told them that I had already appeared in IBM interview in the month of July, and I cracked that interview but because of salary offered by them I didn't joined them. So ideally IBM should not take another interview, either they should take me without interview or they should not take me at all. But emplyment India guy told me that only HR interview will be there. Then he asked me I would like to go for it. Who will say no? Then he told me that I need to give the reference code to HR which they will give me after payment of 2500 rs. Somehow I was not convinced with the statement that they need this refundable amount for getting my assurance that I will give their reference and for generating the reference code. I told them that reference code generation is their internal process, so why fee is associated with it. 2nd point which I gave was to ask this reference code generation fee fro IBM as they have asked them to provide people. 3rd point was if their reference code can assure the job then why wouldn't I give the reference code. Then I told them to mail me details to have a look and get convinced of all those facts they were giving me. Then they told me that they can't share those details as it's a backdoor entry. They asked me to come online for further processing. I didn't get that at that time whether they want skype chat, or any other messenger, so I told them that I am online and they can proceed further. Then they clarified that they will give me payment link through which I can make initial payment, I told them to give me link. Luckily my broadband was not working at that time, so I told them I will look and get back to them, to which they replied to access net on mobile. I told them that net and call can't go together so I need to disconnect the call. He asked me to access it from other mobile which I denied. And they had to disconnect the call. This gave me time to check them. I was not at all convinced that they don't know my competency and my knowledge and they are giving me job assurance. I thought why IBM and Dell will take anybody just because he/she came from a specific consultancy. I believe they target the people who are not jobless and badly looking for job.

They told me vacany in dlf, fist they collect rs.2500 and they ask rs.7500 for certificate valuation. Then they ask rs 2500. I lost rs.10000/= sure these these theives will die with cancer or aids bank aurhority''s are supporting them and getting commission be carefull

I have registered with Employment India (VK Info Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Faridabad on 15th May 2015 for placement service. But even after 6 months I have not recd. one single call for interview. The Co has taken 2500/- Rupees. It seems that the Company is fraud and cheating everyone who is need of better job. So please be aware.

Hi, Today, I got a call from Employment India and they said that they are having 2 openings relevant to my profile in JSPL, Raipur and Tata Steel, Jamshedpur in the field of Logistics. However, since I am currently in Raipur, I am well aware that JSPL do not have any Plant at Raipur. They have plant at Raigarh. And in Raipur, they only have a small machinery division where mostly design engineers are required to work on softwares like CATIA for sheet metal designing. My friend is already working in JSPL, Raipur and he also said that they do not require Logistics professionals at their Raipur Office. Hence, they made a fake call to me. They also asked me to submit processing fees of Rs. 2500/- and after which, I will get telephonic round of interview. When I asked them to send me an e-mail regarding this, they said that after payment is made, they will generate the e-mail in next 5 minutes. Total FAKE CALL. Please be aware of such fake calls.

To get a job in abroad through the company Employment India (www.employmentindia.org) I have paid the initial service amount of INR 2200. Post that, for education background verification they asked me to deposit INR 7250 to their same SBI account which also I have paid on yesterday dated 29 April 2015. Again they asked me to deposit 12500 for security deposit of INR 12500 which also I have paid for food, accommodation and Taxi charges. They said like once this 12500 is paid they will release the offer letter by around 5.30 PM. But till today I haven’t received the offer letter. When I checked with Abinav, customer care executive and siddarth HR dept they were asking me to pay again another 12500 which is like cheating. Please help me to refund the amount I have paid and seal this company which is a 100 percent fraudulent company.ne I have made a complaint to SP, Deputy commissioner, commissioner and cc to Delhi CM. After completion of that today they told me, you are selected for telephonic pay Rs.1650/-.After paying that money their phones are switched off.I don't know what happened exactly.
