I was convinced to try for new opportunities by Employxpert team. But soon after payments, things started getting different. I paid almost 20K via their webpage.

After a month's time, there was no response for my mails/calls and from November my mails started getting undelivered.

I am looking for my refund amount since then.

The response was:

The company don't have proper policy and procedure. For providing refund also they are collecting money and cheating peoples. My humble request is if anybody call from employxpert don't encourage them. Can you help them to get the refund.

Today i have received call from employxpert team Mr.Amit([protected]), he ask them to pay additional Rs. 11332 to get the refund which i have paid last year june 2019. How i can trust them. I have told them i am not in position to pay the same, then he told that the refund profile has been cancelled.
Please help us to get the refund.

The employ xpert team has taken the amount rs 35, 046 wrt th e job opportunity on 13-jun1-8... They have not shown any job opportunity or any interview or proper resume format till date.... I have called many times to the customer care numbers.. All of which are leading to out of service numbers..[protected] ; [protected] ;[protected] the amount paid to the company was nirvikar impex pvt ltd. Gurgoan india.. Kindly...

I received a call from employxpert on 6th june 2019 for registration for job alert for chennai, india job location i paid for registration and all other fees for relationship manager, documents verification and domain charges the total amount i paid is 63547 rs since 6th june to till date i have not received any interview scheduled from them. Also i am trying to contact the toll free no - [protected] and mobile no [protected] and land line no[protected] all the three nos are not working / switched off / not in use. I have send mail also but there is no response. Employxpert are fail to provide me a single opportunities for as per my requirements and till date and i dont want continued with there services. I have received call from employxpert and assured job assistance on 28th june 2018. I have paid rs 31872.00 through debit card on the same day. I have approached company to refund my money on 03 july 2018 and several times thereafter also. Every time when i asked to refund my money, their representative immediately contacted and asked me for wait. As yet despite my several requests the company neither find me any job not refunded my money. Now contact numbers of representatives of the company who contacted me for waiting are not in active service. Kindly help me to refund my money back.

I have paid 8260 + 10620 and the person talking to me told not to worry about terms and conditions, as they called themselves authentic, however nothing was done, they prepared a resume, which was below standard and just did some job search which was not relevant to my profile and claimed that, i have taken all the services. With lots of follow up, they said they can refund only 75%, then they say, we have provided services, meaning that just to prepare a shabby resume and allocate relationship manager, they are charging 18880, which is full amount and then they are refund 75%, which means 4220 rs is for resume and allocation of relationship management, this is cheating, and if you look into other complaints, its clear that they ask money not based on service they provide, but on case to case, whom they can cheat easly, will be asked more and who can be cheated not that smart way they ask less. The company fails to show or provide names of the directors or higher management. I am going to file and fir, but the customer support is unable to provide the name of director and company address

I got a call from mr. Rohit, relationship manager, employxpert and he ensure that they provided a guaranteed job in a broad and it's a pay service, if the customer didn't get any job within a year they will refund the whole amount. I paid rs. 43500/- for this service, rohit ensure that this amount included visa processing charge also.
But last 6 months i didn't get him through phone or mail...

I sent lots of mail too their mail id about the refund my cash or i will move a compliant...

But no response

Last Month (13/03/2018) i got call from [employxpert] introducing themselves as job consultancy portal. Offering job assistance in Tirupur - India. And he told Some Big company names (East man / Honeywel / Priya / etc., )

Today morning again rcvd call from other number the same company and ask Rs.2950 for one time registration chrge for Registration & job assistance.

I had done payment through netbanking.

After successful completion of registration, He transfer the call to other relationship manager. my good time i rcvd other call so i ask them to call afternoon 2.00.
shapely fr 2.00 pm continuously they call my number. but i attend call only 2.30 pm, the new relationship manager.(pls note no one is told her/ his names) Again he was explaining something and ask some questions then he simply ask to pay Rs 4720 for interview cracker service. In this stage i realized it is a fake company.

Mr. Rohan is a busy fraudster from employxpert. He offered a job in hyderabad, which i already know doesn't exist. I started cross questioning about the offers they are making. When i refuse to pay the fee, he became arrogant and were trying to be rude. I urge government to filter this kind of fraud companies and bury them deep down the crust. Job seekers are easy targets to such people, as job is life and food for many. Please stop playing with such sensitive topic. Everyone stay awake and alert with this company.

Their services are fraudulent and they are looting peoples money.
Need a refund from these guys. They are playing with people's jobs and careers.
When we try to call these people. Back, they rarely respond and and impossible to chase. How do we get money back from these guys? Their company should be banned.

This company is purely cheaters. I need my money refund as not getting proper services.

Mr. Rohith - relationship manager from employxpert convinced paid rs. 40000/- for uae job, visa (Including family)... This guys called me once in a month from may 2018 onwards and informed that next month you got the offer letter... But dec 2017 onwards he disconnected the number and no response from their mail also... I have all receipts for the payment... And move for legally...

I was looking for a job and updated my resume in shine.com. Subsequently employxpert people called me and asked me if i was looking for a job. I told about my specific requirement and about the location where i wanted to have a job. They listed 5-6 companies names and assured to get a job as per my requirement. They pressurized me so much to make the payment immediately as though if i don't pay it will not be available. Believing their words i made the payment of rs 59535 on 22nd and 25th oct 2018. People who spoke to me were rahul, rohit saxena, pradeep roy and srinivas. Even after 3 months they could not arrange a single interview, meanwhile i was able to find a suitable job on my own efforts. I gave them a notice of 10 days for refund through email and after that i began demanding refund. Now i am following up with rajeev and abishek and they are telling that they have delivered the services and amount is non refundable. They simply did some decorative work in my resume and sent it to me.
They assigned a relationship manager by name prisha who could not keep up the commitment given by rahul, rohit saxena, pradeep roy and srinivas.
Making a false promise, collecting hard earned money, not delivering anything, not refunding the money, over and above claiming that they have delivered the services is the cheating and fraud of its worst kind.
I borrowed and made the payment believing their false promises and now find it very difficult after being duped and cheated.

It will be very helpful if you could arrange to get my money back.

This regarding employxpert.com paid service for jobs abroad.
The employxpert agency looting the people by fraud promises and offers, i paid rs.22355 for their services like international assignment, relationship manager, and the cv modification etc. When after they received the money they send me few opportunities which was not relevant to me. The cv modification was really a fraud as they modified my cv just from my ms office to pdf that is all.

I asked them for a refund, but they directly refused me to pay as they said "we already made the service to you"

Dear sir/madam,

In november they have taken money (On line transfer) from me for giving new job opportunity (29 nov 2018 - inb/[protected]/techprocess solutions ltd/paid serv 6490/-) and next day again they were start asking 16000/- more money for giving rm and so on, which was never told at the beginning on 29 nov 2018 and immediately refuse this deal and request for refund.

After that they were not responding, i sent multiple mail and spoke to multiple people for this. Final they accept and ready for refund. They deducted the some tax amount and agreed for 4868/- refund but till date they have not yet paid and giving one or other reason.

So i request kindly take legal action against such type of bogus and cheating company to avoid further misleading of good peoples.

This is completely fraud company and showing new offers (Totally managed) to people and taking money and cheating peoples.

Kindly help here to get my money.

Friends. Please dn't believe this company as i did a big mistake in my life. My mistake in my life is updating my profile in shine.com. From there person named "abhishek" hijacked my profile and called me. He said are you looking for job. My answer was yes. By the way he was spoken to me. I thought he will help me to find out a job. First he told me client has shown interest in your profile. If you pay will proceed further. From there they started to slowly trap me in their net.

They said you have to pay registration fees of rs.4720.00 at the same day one they asked me to pay rs.7670.00 as relationship manager fees.

After that they were silent for 3 months. When i called them. They said
We will forward any good opportunity based on the market demand. When i told them than why did told me at the time of registration that client has shown interest.

For this they dn't have answer.
So, friends this is a cheaters, liarers, fraud company. They will be play with our money and emotions.

It's my hard earned money i will not leave it.
I want full refund of money.

My second step will be i will compliant in the home ministry's cyber crime cell'

During end of September, Mr.Abhinav and Mr.Aakash from Employxpert.com, they called me and told me that they have opportunities in MNC's. However I paid 23, 600 INR, but still didn't getting any response from them.
I am not further interested in this type of fraud companies.

Friends dn't believe this company all people relating to this company are cheaters. First they called me and asked for are you looking for job. I said yes then they started to slowly trap me in their net.

They asked me to pay rs.4720.00 as registration fees. At the same day they asked me to pay rs.7670.00 as relationship manager fees.

They told me client has selected my profile and shown interest it's all fake.

Total rs 12, 590.00 after taking this amount all these people are silent. This is my hard-earned money worked day and night in gulf.

Now i'm going to lodge a complaint in cyber crime police station.

I have registered with employxpert company on last april-2018 for getting good job as i was job seeker. I have paid around rs.60000/- for their different services. Till date not a single interview has been arranged by this company for me. They have only sent me job description of different companies. When i asked for it then they told me that our job is to provide job description of required company and after your acceptance we are sending to the concern company. Now it is on the company to decide whether they will call for interview or not.
This company is purely cheaters. I need my money refund as not getting proper services.

I have registered with employxpert on last april-2018 for getting highly paid job in gulf countries as stated by them. After that employxpert relationship manager mr. Ankur has sent me every week one job description by saying that if this job profile is matching then kindly revert me back so i will forward to concern company, if they will accept your cv then i will inform you. But i have never got the call again from ankur for this job profile. Again he sent me different job profile, result remains the same. Till today i have never get the interview call from any company through employxpert. I have paid around rd.60000/-for their services but result is zero. So, please do not take any services from this company. They are very smart and every time different people will call to convince about thier services but do not agree on that. They are purely cheaters.

Recently, there are are no mails from her too.
Rahul is the person who convinced me to join this and sold me this services, he told me that there were opportunities which fitted my profile. Hence i applied for the service. Damn waste getting in to this. I paid 6990 rs which needs to be refunded.

I paid around 54000rs in jan 2018 for the service suggested by their member name ashley lobo who assured me that i will not be disappointed for the paid money services

Even after more than 8month they could not arrange single interview and service is pathetic that they don't give proper service and all the time new person on telephone.
