The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. parcel not yet delivered
I have sent a parcel on on 6th april 2009 from JAPAN and it has still not been delivered when i checked using tracking service of parcel it says the parcel reached customs of Mumbai on 9th april 2009, Its more than 10 days now, while I am writing this complaint.
