I am sending them mails from last 1 year.
I have all approved time sheets from Patni Computer Systems but still they are not sending me my required documents from their side.
Please suggest me what I have to do to get all these required documents.

Resolved
The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Not giving the full and final settlement
I am Gaurav Kapse, joined Patni Computers on 5th May 2008 and resigned from Patni because of non payment for 2 months salary.
Right now it has been five months down the line I am calling to HR ( ANUJA GARG ).
She is not at all having answers to any of you questions e.g . when can you get your final settlement done?..etc.
We total 4 to 5 people are planning to file a legal case against ENEM technologies...
