However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

NOTGETTING PF AMOUNT FROM COMPANY/DEPARTMENT
Dear sir
I was working with M/s Entask Consultancy services From julu2007 to june2009. I submitted the form and it has been received by the office on 5th august 2009. As per the law we should get the pf amount in 2month time. But after several conversation with account department i m not getting any details whether they have submitted the form to pf department or not. Also i m very much sure that they might not paid the pf amount...

Not getting TDS certificate from my previous company
Dear Sir,
I worked with M/s Entask Consultancy services from july2007 and left the organisation in june2009. As per my salary structure i have paid IT returns in assessment year 2008/2009 . But this year , after several conversation with account department they are not sending the IT return certificate of the year 2009/2010.
My previous company name and address are as follow:
