Non release of connection without hotplate

I booked my gas and i received an letter from the agency to contact personally in agency ,and each and every thing was clearly mentioned in the letter.i reported at morning 10.00 am and i was been called at 4.30 pm just for releasing connection.However they refused to issue me connection without hotplate and i then give and request for inspection,which later on was accepted and without no receipt for rs 200.00 taken by them wasA being issued...

My name is Tarakeswar & i am an Indane gas subscriber. Everytime i book a gas i have to persue several times to get the gas delivered. People booked after & having some connect with the agency gets gas earlier. Even the gas scarcity is shown as a reason & cylinders are blacked at Higher price. The Agency with repeated complaints turns a deaf year towards the complaints & made false commitments of delivery. At high crisis time...
