This is complaint against the Kasavanahalli franchise of EuroKids and also their management, for lax attitude and irresponsible behaviour which put my child at harm.
They have not trained the day care staff who gave an inedible substance (resin foam) to my child to eat. After this, she realised she wasn't supposed to have given that and she didn't inform the school or me (parent). The school has also not taken any action and has been defensive throughout.
They infact suggested i change schools if I'm unhappy instead of actually changing their ways. Such is attitude of the entire EuroKids management, not just the franchise.
In addition to this, they have very poor physical security and common sense when it comes to informing parents about basic security/ safety related updates, and in terms of the qualification of staff.

    Due to personal reasons we withdrawn the eurokids franchise, it's been 3months we have not getting any update on refund. Not sure what's really happening very worst experience.

      Refund Fees

      I had taken admission of my two year old kid in Eurokids Bhayander Branch. INR 5000/- was paid as an advance and school was about to start in June. However due to Covid 19 pandemic outburst, the school never opened. Eurokids management demanded for more fees for Online Classes which we denied and even government issued a circular wherein schools can’t charge fees for online classes. Now the Eurokids have cancelled the admission of my kid...

      I have got my daughter survvi siingh enrolled in eurokids, lokhandwala township, kandivali east. While key care taker is good however, the staff and especially the maids aren't trained well. They constantly ignore the crying the child. Moreover, there is not much done as promised during the admission. I shared my discomfort with the owner of the franchisee but no support. Rather, on second complaint i was told that they will disconnect my camera access.
      1. No mannerisms are taught to kids.
      2. Crying kid is ignored and overlooked
      3. Threatened me to disconnect camera access on raising a complaint.

      Infact my child even told me that the didi there pushed her. Survvi is only 18 months can explain things partially by words and partially by actions.

      They even changed her class without seeking my permission.

      Request you to look into the same. I have screenshots evidencing how my child is treated.
      My child, Kruti, used to hate going to school. She hated interacting with people and playing with other kids. However, in eurokids, she is really happy she talks more, plays more, and loves telling me about her day.

        Hello

        My kid's school is not returning security deposit taken at the time of admission. They are saying that they will not return fee unless i present them fee receipt. I have lost receipt. They claim that they have record but they will not return fee without receipt. We have another receipt which has detail about carry forward security deposit.

        Please suggest should i go to consumer court again it. Money is not big but i feel like cheated,
