There is no any action taken regarding my complaint of nonreceipt of assured Holi bag as a gift.I am once again reminding my details as follows :-
.I have taken subsciption of Femina hindi magezine in 2011. My customer ID is [protected]. I have sent cheque to Mumbai office address.Cheque bearingno 870230 worth Rs.1440 was drawn from SBI, treasury branch, Nasik. Since then Iam receiving Femina Hindi. But I have not received my assured gift...

i have been in touch with femina subscription dept. customer care executives and asked them to mail me the details , of all new subscription offers of all the magzines, i ahave already suscribed femina english / hindi and good homes which is due to renew in this month, but till now i haven't got the details on may mail instead of repeated requests .
i don't expect such kind attitude from such a big organisation, really...
