I bought four fishes(golden fish) with an amount of 1500, they neglected my response, this my third complaint...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. I am residing in Rashid Market (Near Bus Stand), Delhi-31. I regret to inform you that often I've to go with my sis to carry her to institute and on dt: 19th April 2010, I was going with my sister at 8:00 pm to her institute which is situated near Shiva Market, Delhi 51 and found on the road full of garbage and full of vehicles on the road side in front of Khureji Petrol Pump.
