My order from fredefy with id 65178 and id 65176 which i received on 3rd of june hasn't been up to the mark and i am really disappointed with the service as it is not the same product that displayed on their website and the quality of masks were no up to the mark. And i had ordered 31 pieces each of yellow mask and black mask but i received 30 yellow mask and 31 black mask. So i requested either to replace the product or to return the products and fir full refund of the products i payed for, which they are refusing to do.

I have pictures & all communication on this.

Hi,
I ordered a lip gloss from fredefy.com for the first time as they mentioned no questions asked easy return policy.
I received a seal broken used product and now the company is not refunding my money... It's a pure harrasment trying to contact then and ask them to make a return... It's a cheap quality product which is half empty and seal broken yet to deny to make a return.
The product costed me 599 rs.

I bought this product from fredefy through online.

I complained about the lipstick brand focallure, to fredefy however they refused to give my money back when i told them my lips started to burn after using it.

This product should not be sold in the market because of its horrible quality.

I bought it for 795/-
