Good evening sir/ Madam,
I would like to give a complaint against the team Poojitha Alivelu and Bille Narayana swamy Freelancer team Speedpaiza.com. They have taken money also we did 200 page work.

Hi, I got a call from Freelancer team Poojitha who is doing fraud things sitting some other locations (looks like a call center while we spoke with them). They have given work and completed, after that asking us to pay 697 amount, second time asking us to pay 1600 to get salary but not cridited, third time asked us pay 8000 what kind of business is that. Because of like this fraud people unemployed persons becoming very poor poorest.
Please don’t trust speedpaiza.com, they make us to work for 20 days and you have to wait for another 10 days for payment and nothing showsup at the last.

Work: 200 cursive writing pages to word given on Dec 4th 2020

Accuracy: mine was 96.66% came on 23rd Dec 2020

Salary: 62, 600 Rs

Activation of code: paid 657 Rs to [protected]@airtel via UPI NAMED As Alivelu & Bille Narayana swamy on 25th Dec 2020

After getting username and password: need to pay 1591 + 35 to [protected]@scb on 28th Dec 2020 to get my salary

I have also updated her by seeing some complaints against spot paiza which were same as mine with name changed to speedpaiza.com but she said we are not like that, it won't happen from Freelancer team.

We have paid totally 15000, please do investigate them we request them to pay us 62, 200 and 15000 which we had paid them.
Now those numbers are coming Switched off not responding to what's app as well as calls.

please help me out. Like us many people giving complaints in consumer complaints team against this speedpaiza, please check and take necessary action against the team members and Poojitha (number)

My name is Akash. I had got a call from freelancer to convert image to word and I have successfully finished my project and they have told that to pay refundable amount Rs. 9579 to release payment and I have paid but till today there is no response. Please verify.

Sir I have applied for wfh job on quicker after few days I got call from this number [protected] and she said typing work for one page 180to360 Rs and they give first work of 200 pg and gave them 25 days to complete the work submitted on15:12:2020 given mail id [protected]@gmail.com after one day send message me said my work have been approved by96.66and my salary 62, 600.and I will get my salary on30/12/20 after one day send message IVR verification gave one authentication code but i can't understand the code send message for agent Pavithra said pay 651AND I give code so am pay for the UPI ID [protected]@airtel name Chinna aruna and activate my code again she send user id and password one link open the link transfer your salary I open the link check my salary and try to transfer my salary is failed I send the message to agent Pavithra again she said gateway charges 1591Rs pay for the UPI ID [protected]@scb and add your accounts details but am not pay.still the fraud number is active . please catch the group and save for many life.

My complaint is not resolved.i posted 330days ago.still I didn't receive any mail from you.

In this Lockdown I was searching for jobs online and came across freelancer.in so I signed in and shared my credit card detail as it is a process to get free trail when Looked in to the jobs and they were asking about the GST NO which I don't have so I changed my mind in the first day It self and I never logged in for the next 29 days and all of a sudden Rs 760 was debited from my bank account with no intimation regarding the end of free trail which all online websites do for their customers concern. Freelance website they just want to loot poor Indian people and with high commission there is no scope to earn money. This tactic done by Freelance of looting the money clearly shows they don't care about customers or clients they just want to make their selffish own money at the end.

The work they have given the forms are repeating n they have told that they will pay within, 3 4days but they haven't paid single money it seems they are fraud according to reviews

Be careful! Don't make deposits or leave your money at Freelancer! Hi Team,

This is to highlight the inappropriate behaviour I am facing. I took a work ownership to fill 600 CV guided by the Executive of that company. Executive shared the incomplete details with me later when I tried to confirm details, the information which was shared by the executive says "If you failed to fill any single CV then only you will be liable to pay".

My mistake was I trusted that executive and signed the documents while being on call as she stated it has to be actioned within 30mins.

However, there was no further communication from that team or the company later on 9th Oct I received a a text stating if you need extension please contact. When I contacted I got to know that it takes 1000Rs to extend the duration for 1 day and its mandatory to file 600 CV. Later I tried Contacting that executive who onbroarded me for this work, I found that I'm Blocked on Whatsapp and contact number.

Hence I was not able to contact anyone due to lack of details. Now today (12 Oct at 3:30 PM) I received a call from the Advocate stating the company has filed a case against you under"Breach of policy".

Advocate stated you will get a call from company to discuss the dispute but you to deposit 7500Rs today prior 4 PM (12th Oct 4PM) or else you will be liable to pay 28000Rs.

When I disputed he asked to connect with company and Later I provided all the details and Evidence to senior (Anjali) she stated she will get back to me. However no response from them and getting notice from Advocate which is totally void.

Request you to please look into it and take the appropriate and required actions.

During this pandemic i searched a part time jobs in quicker and applied for that then i got call from freelancer company the employer name is arjun kumar and mobile number is [protected] they gave a work of 115 pages in 10days then i submitted work they checked gave me a report of 91%accuracy and your eligible for the pay 26000rs for that i have to pay 4600 so had paid that amount yesterday through scan QR code they said 24hrs your payment will be done but today they are not responding my call I'm tensed my family don't know about it plzz help me I'll upload my documents

Its been while i did'nt get any authentic project on your website.Four times i have witnessed to some fraud or scam.I think it just waste of time and bids and money.Could you please look into this.Verify the details of recruiter and freelancer too to use your platform.Its really frustrating already people are jobless and some fools are trying to make money by doing so.I really hope you ll do something about it.

Then mene work start kia muskil se 1 hour kr paya 15/8/2020 ko mujhe msg aya ki apne agreement break kia hai ap par is number se case file hua hai 92841E me dar gya but fir mene socha koi bhi agreement without any nautry registration legal kese ho skta hai iske lie kisi lawyer ke pass ja kr apko nautru registration krva kr lawyer ke register me signature kr ke then vo apna stamp laga kr use legal krega. Ese hota to koi bhi kisi ki bhi property name pr kr leta. Aur agreement ke mutabik ye keh rhe hai apne 6000 nahi die is lie ap par case ho rha hai. Mene kaha mujhe agreement mail kro jo abhi tk unhone mail nahi kia.. Jo msg aaye uske screenshots me niche daal rha hun.. Advocate number jo msg me aae hai vo ye hai[protected] advocate raj saxena.. Aj ye msg krta hai ki 27/08/2020 ko 11/35 ko hearing hai..
At session court surat. Ye totally fraud hai please aap legally online iske against complain kre.. Ignore na kre because hum jese kafi log inki chapet me aa jate hai aur pese de dete hai inhe aur inki himat aur barhti hai

I had bid for the project in freelancer.com and i got the project through mail. The project was to convert pdf to word. The employer id is danielhicis143 and the mail id of the employer is [protected]@gmail.com. I have invested my valuable time and my money in the project. The payment was through nettler. And the email id of the employer is sagor. [protected]@gmail.com to which the money was transferred. I worked on the project and sent the project to him after i had sent the project to the employer. He is not responding to my mails and i tried to contact him since 1st august 2020. He is not responding to any mails. I want the issue to be resolved as soon as possible. I would like to inform you that there are so many employers who are using different payment methods instead of freelancer. They are using nettler and skilr as the other modes of payment. I need the issue to be resolved and i want my money back and the the money for the project that i have worked that is $425. And should make sure that these people should be removed from the system and put him in prison.

One man called me and told that he is fromm freelancer. Our work is to convert png to word document. After ten days you will get payment for your work. I accepted for it and he sent me work through mail. After work has been completed i sent them. For that he told if you want to get your money you need to pay 4400 for company software and etc. I paid for them. Now no one is responding for my calls and messages. And also they asked to keep sign in payment agreement pdf. I did not agreed for that. Once they asked me to keep sign, i got doubt on them. Please take any action them

i have received 100 pages work from freelancer through the agent Geethika. They have told if i complete the work they will paid 28, 000/- to me. i have completed and submitted that work to them on July 3rd, 2020. I got my accuracy report 93% on July 6th, 2020. Then they told by July 7th my payment 26, 040 as per accuracy report will be paid directly to account and they have also send an Approval letter also. In that they have mentioned one contact number and they have said pay 4, 400/- through Google pay or Phone Pay. I have paid the Rs.4, 440/- through phone pay and i have sended the screen shots to that contact number mentioned in the approval letter. Then they told within two hours my payment 26, 040 will credited in my account. Then after the agent has not responding to my calls and also no one is responding to mails or any. I have tensed about my amount of Rs.4, 400/-. Please register my complaint and do needful necessary.

Hi, i recently got debited 760 rs without any information on my icici debit card name of freelancer as mentioned in the subject, i really have no idea why it's been deducted from my account, how can they deduct without my knowledge it's totally unfair and also i have seen people complaining about the same thing please take necessary actions try to recover our money..

They called me for data entry job... Her name is subhalatha... She ask to complete 200pages within 25 days... Once i completed and send the project they ask to send the amount... First 650 and 1600 and 3111 and at last 525... Once i send the amount they didn't respond me and they put their number in switch off.

They gave a work and will be didn't provide salary they need to pay a security deposit amount to the company

One day (April 9) i got phone call from a number ([protected]). His name is rajesh
She spoke tamil language with me. He text me in whatsapp. He said that your profile is shortlisted for typing job. He gave me 200 files, to complete within 15 days. I was very happy to here those words from him. Then i daily used update the status of my typing performance like this much pages i have completed today. After 13 days of completion i got message from this number that i mentioned in the bracket (080001). They gave the email id and send the 200 files{ sub.200. [protected]@gmail.com } i to send my completed project in two zip filels. April 21st i send my files they replied that "we received your project from freelancer" '
April 24 i got my qc report as 90.7%. They said that our back end team members will contact you within 72 hours. My salary amount was 46000
Today is april 28 still now i did not get any call from the team members
This is my hardwork. I work hard day and night for this 46000 rupees
.. April 27 and april 28, my agent rajesh number was switched off and he blocked my number in whatsapp
Kindly take necessary action and give my salary as soon as possible

I received an inappropriate content (related to s*x) through pdf.They asked me to read it and send the voice sample.The user name is being shown as telugufunstories without any review on the profile.

I had worked with client and money had beed transferred in freelancer and i had requested for withdraw money then freelancer said that its 15 day process for firstime money transfer in your bank account then i had wait but after 15 day and after 15 days freelancer.com said that employer not verified so source of payment dont know and from last one month employer is not respodnding

I am saying if some one posting project sending money and some is working on it then freelancercom need to verify all thinkg

Few days back i search a part time jobs about data entry job in online. And one day i got one call from freelancer agent tamilselvi. She explained the work details and told i[censored] get more than 70%accuracy in typing, you will get rupees 60000k and if less than 70% accuracy u will get nearly 30-40k. So i joined the online job. And after 2 days her position had been replaced by a man named vilash. They told they are from andhra pradesh. He said i will be responsible for your work from now onwards. He said your resume is selected for job. I accepted and started working. The work was 200 pages data typing project. I worked for 30 days to complete that project. After i got one message your project was 96.6% success. Please wait 72 hours for payment. Then i asked agent how much i got, he said 58131. I feel happy. But after that he didn't take my calls for few days. Then once he asked me to pay 1549 to open a freelancer wallet. If i will not open the wallet, my money will be delayed by one month (I. E. You will get after january 25.2020). So, i send that amount to [protected]@paytm.. And after sending the amount i got another message your wallet was created. After 3 days she called me and said you have to pay 6451 for crediting the 58131 rupees to your account.. I send that money also to [protected]@paytm.. After sending the amount he didn't respond to my message and call.. Then one day he took the call and told me to pay 1309 before receiving my salary amount. He also told within 1/2 hour of receiving 1309 he will send my salary amount. So i paid as he said. But after paying he didn't even took the call nor respond to my messages. Please help me to get back my money, as per my unemployement i fell into this freelancer... Please please help me to get back my amount..

I paid rs. 500 for a project pdf to word. They said it's just a copy paste job. I paid and asked for the project but their freelancer account was temporarily unavailable. It is very difficult to contact them. They send me a number to paytm it. I messaged to that number but they didn't respond. Why can't this site can block this type of employers in the beginning itself. I lost my 500 rupees before even doing my project. I want it back. Please take some action and refund my money. It's easy for them to suck blood from others.

Company named freelancer first give you work directly without any charges and then after you submit your work, they start playing with you and make you too keen for the payment they do many things to gain your trust, and start asking money for opening of wallet by rupees 1555, then 12% orc amount that was 3445, then again 1400 through paytm.
Simply understand that if they want you to pay they will pay immediately if work is accepted. Don't go to such fraud works online.

And when i sent the work they told me ur work is approved with 96.6% and please pay 1535 rupees for wallet opening. After that they told me pay 6000 for 12% o. R. C. Charges after that we will add ur salary in ur account. Then i paid on 6th. Agent was touched with me on the phone till 6th. After that i got a msg from the company. On 9th between 1pm to 4pm backend department will cal u nd ask the d. O. B. Nd follow the instructions of the team. On 9th at 2.15pm i got a call from [protected] to pay the token amount 1317rs on call i paid. I called them at 2.42pm mam pls wait within one minute i call u madam. After that till i called 7pm. From next day onwards the agent's phone numbers nd backend team mobile switched off. Please help
