The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

i am Amit Kumar. on 13th June 2019, I got a call from Ruchi Shah with mobile no. [protected], and their email id is: [protected]@gmail.com
she asked me to fill the 1500 forms within 10 days then i started completed the work from very next day and submitted on its submission date and i checked my work twice it was totally accurate but after 2 days they send me that my qc report is fail and now their advocate Avdhesh...

They provide fake job and make fake contracts and then call the customer using fake lawyers and law firms and extort money by harassing and cheating the consumer. Under section 420 after guaranteeing the consumer of money.
What they do is they ask you complete a form filling and after you have completed and sent it to them. They say that it was incomplete and then they ask you for money. Which is completely demoralising and extortion....
