Hi Team, Microwave oven not working properly. I just purchased it in Jan-23 and it is in the warranty period but when calling to their support toll free number they are not connecting me to thier customers representative even though the given email it in the support page is incorrect as I am getting the bounce failure message

No replacement for defective item which is covered under warranty
