These complaint is a very serious complaint which is against a total fraud and scam matrimony centre named as Gathbandhan centre head office is in kolkata. 2 months backs representative from gathbandhan centre was continuously following me up to buy the subscription plan for matcaking profiles as they have very good profiles which is according to my preference for which I was asked to pay 17000 after I made the payment these has immediately...

I have registered for my brother Govind Agarwal with Gathbandhan Centre on 4th Sep, 2019 for Rs. 13, 000/- before registration they use to regularly call and message me that when i am depositing money and use to tell we have many profiles of your interest to share.

Once money is deposited, One cannot believe they even don't respond to the call, if you call them they speak in such a bad language with using slank language when you ask to transfer the call to someother senior they say our seniors don't talk to anyone, Its very hard to believe what this organization is doing in name of marriage bureau is completely a racket of fraud and crime and shen you question them even girls executive speak in such language you are compelled to speak hard and once you do that one cannot believe they even use slank words against parents and family.

When you tell them you will make police complain the guy there says that ex kolkata police commissioner Rajeev Kumar himself is chor what action they will take against us.

After fight they will send you 1-2 profile which is not of your concern and if you reject them they shout at you how can you reject a girl, you are uncultured person, etc etc. Very strange.

If you call them, one representative of their Ms Neha Agarwal, she tells that aapke pas kaam dham nahe h kya aap call karte ho, i am surprised firstly they don't respond and if you try to speak they tell you this

One cannot imagine what this organization is upto and into criminal act. my first such case in life, I am raising my voice at appropriate forum and i request all to be aware of this criminal organization.

The person related to this scam are:

1. Ms. Neha Agarwal
2. Ms. Shara
3.Ms. Mamata
4.Mr.Raju

One should be aware about Ms. Neha Agarwal ([protected]) and Ms. Shara([protected]) of gathbandhan centre both are doing activity of criminal in nature and when you say you will complain to consumer court or police they say we say such police every day. When they fail to provide you service they attack with slank language to you and your family.

This marriage bureau took rs 4000 as registration fee from me. Now they don't call or inform me about any interest. I have to keep calling. Wen i call they repeat the same words that some candidates r interested and they will fix a meeting but did nothing yet. More than 1 month passed but the result is zero. Gathbandhan centre is a fraud marriage bureau. I want my money back plz help me. Ogib

I read advertisement of a groom dated 03.03.2019 of ananda bazar patrika (Abp), the bengali daily for a suitable bride and i thought that the groom may be suitable for my daughter. I then called the mobile number of the ad but instead of groom or his parent etc. / relative, the call was received by a lady and the lady introduced herself as m//a of gathbandhan centre, kolkata. So many calls from that lady was made to my mobile number and told me to come their centre for the profile of the aforesaid groom. But when asked for the fees etc., amount if any, she was so broad and told me that money is not the factor but negotiation is their attitude.
As per her assurance and our need i along with my wife went their office namely gathbandhan centre, kolkata on 12.03.2019. After reaching their office, another lady introduced herself as s//a, as one of the top executive of gathbandhan centre, kolkata told us that they have so many potential alliance for my daughter and they will provide us so many potential and elite profile if payment is made and also shown four profiles namely one bank office, s. S. O, railways, asst professor and also dvc engineer of the ad of abp. They also told that as soon as payment will be made they immediately send the four profiles and alliance will be made within a month as the groom are in a hurry. So, i paid the 1st instalment on that day and 2nd instalment on 17.03.2019. But after payment was made, they neither provide the profile of the aforesaid grooms they have shown on the aforesaid day i. E on 12.03.2019 nor the profile of advertisement of abp.
We paid as per their demands as personalised member for six months of 48 (Forty-eight) as they told us that for personalised profiles where they arrange for meeting with groom also verification of profile of grooms i. E each of everything will be done by the gathbandhan centre, kolkata. They neither provide us a single contact number nor a single meeting with a suitable groom.
But after payment was made, when we tried for contact over mobile phone neither m//a nor s//a attending the calls rather another 3rd person lady attending the call saying s//a is busy in client meeting. Another gentle man introduced himself as r//l, also introduced himself as service manager of gathbandhan centra, kolkata attending the calls also and tells he is also busy in meeting with clients and he will call me later. But they never call from their side at all.
But, when i asked for suitable groom for my daughter, they copied the profiles of grooms which is undesirable for my daughter. Though i told them to provide the profile of our choice, however they send profiles which are their choice not our choice better known to them also, as it does not require any meeting with groom and others. Day after day they are doing the same attitude.
As we are cheated not only financially but also emotionally and make us believe that such organisation as well as profiles of wedding service are not only fake, but also dubious and spurious.
So, please help us by refunding the full rs.14, 000/- (Rupees fourteen thousand) only and i shall be highly obliged. Thanking you.
