    Delay In Fitout and Key Handover

    Dear Sir, I Sanjay Kumar Sharma bought a flat in GC 7th Avenue in Tower K, 1091. I got my Offer for possession letter in Sept 2020. I have cleared all my dues in October 2020. Till now no work is done in my flat. Fit out period of 45 days has already passed still no work in my flat.

    How I can get my flat and compensation for delay in handover of my flat??

      I have booked a flat in 14th avenue now i have completed my all the payments to gaursons now they have put some interest on me because of some payments delay, for which i have already given all the proofs to their customer care team by personally visiting their office so many times but they are not updating my interest statement... I have also written so many mails on their customer care id but they are not responding back to me. This process is very harassing for me

        I am sick and tired of your attitude towards customers. I think Mr. Manoj Gaur must plan something more tangible at address his customer’s issues. Mrs. Roma Shukla had a telephonic discussion with me on the matter but later that too got lost. 1. I had booked a property at Gaur Atulyam at a pre launch stage through M/S BD Greens. 2. I had opted for a four bed room flat on the 20th Floor. Which was later denied by you and automatically converted to 19 Floor. 3. I have been asking for the allotment letter since ages which you never provided till of late. 4. I had clearly mentioned in my return mail to you that I will make any payment only after receiving the allotment letter. 5. You have till date not provided me the ticket number which I may use to get a home loan. 6. After Mrs. Roma Shukla’s conversation on the matter another lady Ms. Asha had called up. She was asking for interest charges to which I requested her to give me in writing. 7. Since then, there is no communication happening between you and me although I am regularly following up with you. Kindly suggest what needs to be done further.

        as a resident of gaursons i want to share one information with you that if there is any complaint regarding gaursons than you can log your complaint at gaursons desk and just keep your complaint id with you that helps in track the progress on your complaint. and this complaint id is needs to closed so that helps in resolve residents complaint. i am happy with this process. this is the good thing gaursons done for the residents to resolve the complaints in effective way. that's really good thing other residents don't have proper information. at my previous society there was lots of issues we faced but no one to whom we complaint about our problems and all. but at gaursons i feel this is better thing. problem are everywhere with every builder but these kind of process will help the buyers to solve their issues that good thing for us.
        Yes vats Ji, That's true and i think that will prove to be a great initiative for the gaursons resident as it will help them to save lots of time and efforts.
        This seems to be a common practice in Gaursons, No matter whom you are writing they do not reply. They reply only when things are in their support or there is a demand.

          My uncle owned a shop namely F 32, First Floor, Gaur Square, I Block, Govindpuram for which he is trying to deposit maintenance charges approx. Rs. 74000/ in the office of Gaursons Govindpuram. But the madam deputed to collect the amount is misguiding to my uncle and not collecting the cheque saying that your file is with head office. During last seven days he has visited five - six times. The shop is ready to open within an week, in such situation, it is very difficult to open the shop without electricity as the same has been cut since long.Further, in front of shop a huge sign board of vodafone has also been fixed which is also required to be displaced.It is requested to solve the above problems.           if you facing such issues i suggest you to call CRM team of gaursons. they can help you to resolve this. The staff at offices sometimes do this kind of stuff to avoid the workload. I am also buyer in gaursons and luckily never faced such problem from gaursons team. but i feel builders need to improve their customer support process. they need to work actively on these kind of issues we would always struggle as customer.
          yes mayank, these are rear problems faced by customer and gaursons are reputed builder and usually have better relations with customer. even i have some good experience with gaursons rather than my previous builder. so i agree with you this is unfortunate for a guy if faced such problems but they can talk with CRM team of the builder they are good in respond.
          I also want to share my experience with gaursons as i have a opposite experience with gaursons. i booked a unit at gaur city last year during the registry process i got good support from the gaursons team. alltough they have outsource the registry process but registry related concern persons are available at gaursons office itself so that's also a plus about the builder. they also asked me if i want to do registry by my own even then they are supportive for that as well but i started my registry process from available persons only. gaursns representative was quite generous and supportive he helped me a lot through out the process. so i had a good experience with gaursons.
