But till date i have not received my item & no status were provided gearbest team....

not refunding money.

Sir. - i ordered mi fit band and it’s strips. First time it didn’t reach to me. So after one month they returned my money to my wallet. And i ordered the same thing second time. Now also it did not reach to me. After 2 months ther are returning me only 10$. And i gave. Them. 30$. And i email them everyday but no action is taken. Plz help me to get my money back. Thank you....

Not honoring 100% money back guarantee

I received Dashboard video Camera from them that did not work. When I notified tham, they wanted me to return it to the manufacture in Hong Kong. I asked them to please send me a mailing label for returning the camera to them. They only wanted to give me credit to their site, refusing to give a refund. When asked about being responsible for what they sell, no response has been received....
