I received a message from gentech global services(on 14th June[protected] b, 3rd floor, west end mall, district center, janakpuri, new delhi-110058) on 25th may 2017 regarding job in amazon which has 5 days working process. I am also searching a job where saturday & sunday is off because i am pursuing B.tech and I wanted a Work from home job so that I could complete my studies as well .So this job completely suits me. Thereafter i called on the number given in the message to ms Shruti. She confirmed me regarding the job and asked me to visit their office in district center, janakpuri for the interview. I reached there next day and attempted the first round which was taken by ms Shanti.Shw told me that I would get thejob if I pay her ₹500 for safety and ₹2000 for training and After that they provide me a number, also mentioned on the payment receipt and asked to call on that number and they will provide me the credentials and timings for the training.Tehn when got the credentials and started working it was not
what I applied for (she told me I would get data entry job but instead I got data entry typing which was more workload) and when i got to know about this on consumercomplaints website I contacted her to return my money but she didn't answer

The company had told me that they will arrange a job for me in paytm but there is no such type of Job. They are totally Fraud. And I had given 2500 rs for the training and its refundable.
But I haven't got any job and money back.
They are totally Fraud....

I received a message from gentech global services (301 b, 3rd floor, west end mall, district center, janakpuri, new delhi-110058) on 25th may 2017 regarding job in paytm which has 5 days working process (Message attached). I am also searching a job where saturday & sunday is off because i am preparing for cat exam so i have classes on saturdays and sundays. So this job completely suits me. Thereafter i called on the number given in the message to ms riya. She confirmed me regarding the job and asked me to visit their office in district center, janakpuri for the interview. I reached there next day and attempted the first round which was taken by ms riya. I cleared that round and then she asked me to submit rs 500 for the next round. I submitted the money and then she sent me for the next round. Other 2 girls took my interview and i cleared it. Furter they told me that i got selected so i have to give other rs 1500 for the training process which will held in hcl in kirti nagar or noida. Before giving the money i made it clear that i want job in backend (Non-voice process) it should be 5 days working. They agreed with me. Then i gave them rs 1500 more. After that they provide me a number, also mentioned on the payment receipt and asked to call on that number and they will provide me the location and timings for the training. Next day i. E on 27th may 2017 i called on that number and i had a conversation with mr bhanu. He send me the address of qual touch bpo services in mayapuri - totally different from their commitment (Message attached below). I went to that place and there i got to know that there is no such vacancy that i have mentioned at the time of interview. Then i called that guy from there only then he told me that he will provide some other option. He didn't responded after that. Then i called him again and after that he send me the address of some other location (Message attached below). I went there also and the same was repeated there also. After that called him and asked him that if he can't provide a suitable job then return back my money. This is how i am following them from last 18 days. Finally when i called him again today he arranged my call with ms riya and she refused her each and every commitment and also refused to return back money (Recording attached).

So sir it is my humble request that please do the needful so that i can get my money back as soon as possible because me and my family is already facing so many financial problems that i can't afford to loose rs 2000.

My name is Sumit Kumar mob. no. [protected] and i received a call (22 April 2017) HR Shruti from mob. no. [protected] from Gentech Global Service at Delhi. She called me your resume is shortlisted from Shine.com for the post of Back Office in Reliance Jio Company at your home town (Bareilly) and your interview is held on 24 april 2017 at 404, 4th floor, suneja tower - 2., district center, Janakpuri west metro station, Delhi at 10 to 4 o'clock.
I went there and selected in interview for the post of Back Office in R. Jio in bareilly location at Cogent Call centre with 10, 000 to 15, 000 Salary. After that they took the charges of registration fee 500(cash refundable but it is not printed on slip ) and 1, 500 (transfer by paytm) for training of 1 day and called both money (2000 rs.) refundable in your first month salary and at last they give me the joining letter.
I come back for join my job at cogent at 27 April 2017. But there were not any post vacant for Back Office and not Reliance Jio Call center even there were a Airtel Call center. I called HR.Ravi mob. no. [protected] to gentech global service in Delhi and they told me forcefully to do the job of call center and called me we talk about this in the evening at 4 o'clock. I called him in the evening but they did not receive my call till today and from then i called him many time and other contact no. of the company but they also did not response my call.
They all are fraud with me and did not my money back.
I am in trouble and help me so at last i mailed you.
