I have ordered "Gillette Fusion Shaving Blades" on 7 January 2019 from Amazon India online. Till now I have been using 3 blades when I started using the 4th blade it does not come smooth saving, when I checked the blade it comes the rust on stainless still blades. How come ??? If the company said Stainless Still?

    I bought one Gillette styler three months back from my nearby store in dharamshala hp. Unfortunately it stopped working last week. As soon as I inserted the battery in the slot it started getting hot and doesn't work. What is the problem?? Can u sort this.

      gillette mach3-complete defense against redness- sensitive shave gel

      I am extremely upset. This is the 2nd complaint I am making to the company on Gillette Shave gel, within 3 months, for EXACTLY the same reason - Product not getting dispensed from can.

      The can is heavy - when I shake the can I can feel product sloshing inside. But there is no propellant, and the product is not getting dispensed.
      I have shaken the can I have immersed in hot water before use, I have cleaned the nozzle...

      I am regular user of shaving gel. I purchased the above gel a week back from d-mart, galleria, akota, vadodara.
      I used it for five shaves and valve/button has stopped working. Initially also
      The material came out with release of lot of air that too in sprinkle form and not the paste.
      In past also i have twice faced this problem but no remedial action appear to have been taken by the company.
      Please arrange to replace.
      The company should take corrective action against recurrence in future.
      To complain is not the pleasant experience but an agony.

        Sir,

        It is very painful to inform you that I brought a container of Gillette shaving foam and it exploded like a virtual bomb in my bathroom which results in breaking of mirror very badly and splitting of shaving foam all over the bathroom.

        It is very disappointing and hurts my trust towards Gillette company. The explosion has completely ruined the bathroom. Fortunately there was nobody of my family in the bathroom.

        It costs me thousands in repairing. Moreover had there been anyone in the bathroom he could have been injured badly because of mirror breakage due to explosion.

        I want compensation as my whole Gillette container got wasted because I hardly used it for 6 times within a month. Also want compensation for the breakage of my bathroom mirror.

          I am using Gellettee Gel since last 15 years, but I am getting trouble that Gel is not comes out from CAN, and so about 50% portion is unused, This is a repeated problems in the same product in last 3 months. This is a very serious problems which is to be solved from your production side to continue the sell in the market otherwise repeated customer will not purchase the product.

          I want compensation of Gel CAN ( replacement) and also request to improve the same.

                Gillette shaving gel with aloe is my favourite shaving cream, and it's quality remarkable.
                But the problem is with cap of the squeezing tube. Kindly retest the cap's inside threads part, and make it long life cap.
                After one month or within twenty eight days unexpectedly that squeezing tubes cap inside automatically broken. I checked this two times again same happened. Kindly rectify this small rectification..

                  I purchased Gillette Match 3 irritation Defence soothing gel, having its Batch No.[protected] date of manufacturing 06/14 from Hussaini Shop, Akola. Spry of the product is not working. Noting coming out. shaken product many times but of no use. Product is defective.

                    Recently i purchased two gillette guard blade from our local store but they are not working well, after one shave it is totally useless. When doing the the first shave it was sounding and giving pain .. So I am very upset with this performance.

But Today I purchased Gillette Mach3 Razor with Nano-Thin Blade from sells Girl who visited my Home. I found that the razor is not working so good as my previous experiences, Even I found that while shaving the razor is making sound like " Kichud Kichud " in 25 years of my shaving experiences I never found like this.                         I purchased a Mach 3 razor 2 months back. Within one month the razor has split wide open from the center. Is this the quality you are providing ?                           I purchased a pack of the above brand blade batch No.[protected] B containing 5+2 blades for Rs.50/- from M/s Mahendra Enterprises, Rangai Gowder Street, Coimbatore who never issue bill/receipt to customers. I have been using this blade for a long time and really the quality was alright. But this time I purchased from this dealer and to my surprise the quality was very bad and even my first shave was 'Unbelievably very bad' as against their claim o[censored]nbelievably smooth. My remedy is company has to investigate whether fake blades are sold to customers and if so company has to compensate and prevent these bad activities of the dealer.

                            Since 9th Dec i have lodged my complaint and I got a call from customer care where they assured me that the pack shall be replaced. On their request I have even mailed them the photographs of the pack and am continuously following up with them on the mail but they are least bothered and have not replied to even a single mail of mine. Gillette India is a Cheat Company as they are least bothered with the customer satisfaction.

                              I am regular user of gillette product and a big fan of it. But this time am feeling cheated.
                              In the month of nov, 14, i had purchased 8+2 mach 3 blades. The quality of blades were so poor, not a single blade last more than 10 days. Complete shaving were not achieved even after three cut.

                              My earlier experience of mach 3 was excellent. And that was my basis of purchase of 8+2 blades.
                              I am totally disappointed with this product. Please arrange to replace the same.

                                Sir, My name is Ravi Shah, Iam a regular user of Gillette Wilman II Cartridges. I shave thrice a week and uses Gillette Wilman II Wilkinson Sword Technology Cartridges. Iam a user of this Cartridges since last 6 years. I used to shave three to four times with a single cartridges quite comfortably but the quality has Deteriorated since last six months. Now with the single cartridges i can only shave once smoothly and when i use the same cartridges for the second time it get rusted, the sharpness goes away, the edges of the cartridge were not sharper as compared to the first shave. The razors are so expensive and I feel that I have lost all my money. Iam purchasing the Gillette Wilman II Wilkinson Sword Technology Cartridges with the same shopkeeper regularly. I was quite satisfied with the quality of your product but now iam feeling be cheated by the company of your stature. I have been using Gillette Wilman II Wilkinson Sword Technology Cartridges which are extremely popular, since they are of the highest quality. However, last few months I was thoroughly disappointed because of this bitter experience. Recently I had purchased Gillette Wilman II Wilkinson Sword Technology Cartridge being bar code no.[protected] and[protected] respectively anticipating the Quality of being to my satisfaction but all proves wrong and moreover as you suggested in your pack to use Gillette series shaving Gel for better results but everytime I used and every time i had to think adverse about your company. Request you to kindly do the needful so that consumers like me continue to use and have faith in the Gillette brand.                                   Dear Sir, I had bought a Gillette Fusion Power shaver almost 10 months back and today while shaving in the morning it broke into two parts and the handle badly injured my neck, leaving me profusely bleeding. I had to rush to the doctor (Dr. Rajesh Dhir, Sr. ENT Consultant, Govt. Multi Specialty Hospital Sector:16 Chandigarh) for the immediate medical aid. I have taken the pictures of my injury in the neck as well as of the broken Gillette Shaver. I was told by Dr. Dhir that it was a great escape for me as a little further deeper injury could have very serious consequences. I have just visited the Harry Hyper Store, Sector:26 Chandigarh (Phone No. [protected] and 5086444) and lodged my complaint to them as I am their regular customer and this particular Gillette Fusion Power shaver was purchased from them. I spoke to Mr. Rajinder, the Incharge sitting there in the store and he was quite shocked to see the injury in my neck and also the broken shaver in two parts. He immediately phoned one of your (Gillette) local man Mr. Munish and informed him about the injury as well as the broken Gillette Shaver. Both of them were of the opinion that it is a very matter and it should immediately be conveyed to the Company by the aggrieved customer. I could have changed the broken Shaver at the Harri Hyper Store but then it would have been an end of this tragic experience, although they offered me the free replacement. I have just bought another new 3-in-1 Gillette Fusion Proglide Styler for Rs.1500/- as now I am very much afraid o[censored]sing your Gillette Fusion Power shaver . I will appreciate your most immediate reply on the above which should cover my injury, the broken shaver and the steps to be taken by your company to ensure that this MADE IN CHINA Gillette Fusion Power shaver shall have a better quality to ensure safety of the users.                                     My name is Rohit Hardikar. I had purchased Gillette Mach 3 razors (pack of 4 or 5) from a grocery store in Pune a few months ago. I used the first razor for a few weeks. After a few days, when I wanted to use the second razor, I noticed that all the remaining razors had gathered rust. As a result, I cannot use these razors now.

                                    The razors are so expensive and I feel that I have lost all my money.

                                    Would it be possible for your company to replace the 4 razors since they seem to be defective pieces?
