I booked 6 tickets for movie The Jungle Book dated 15/04/16, 8:30 pm show at glitz cinemas, the city junction mall dehradun.the behaviour of ticket booking executive was soo rude, first i asked for top row seats but she said these seats are locked for vip customers, then i asked for 4th row(D) corner seats but again she refused that i can not give it to you, though those seats were vacant at that time but she refused by saying that -" aapko...

I have been to Glitz Cinemas 8-10 times so far. It's recently been opened in the city of Dehradun. The only reason why i go to this multiplex is that this is the only Multiplex in the city. Evrytime I have watched a movie in this Multiplex I am very unhappy and discomforted as the authorities turn off the Air Conditioner 30-45 minutes prior to the end of the movie.
