I got myself enrolled with global alliance matrimonial services for my daughter's match in the month of october 2018 on the basis of very detailed conversation held with mr. Amit chadhdha (Marketing executive) about the kind of profiles they will offer, frequency of matches and premium families match making etc. But i guess these people only use their marketing strategies to extract money from clients like us and after one or two weeks, they will start turning unresponsive, there will be no calls or communication from the designated executives (In my case it is mrs. Mandeep), even the matches you will get, will not match your basic conditions for e. G. If you have specifically asked for non mangli profiles, they will forward you most of the mangli profiles, and then the number of profiles which will be 4 as agreed at the time of contract per week, will gradually reduce to one and then none. When you ask the customer executive to let you talk to the some of the seniors or the owner, they will again go silent at this point. I took a package of rs. 50, 000/- and the services which i am getting are even worse than the free profiles one can create on other matrimonial websites. Fed up with the services, and i am giving them 15 days time period o sought the issues asap as they will definitely land in some legal consequences for fraudulently extracting money from the customers.

Gaurav and Amit Chadha- These 2 are the worst and so is Disha and Khushboo. They will tell the parents that they do a thorough research of the boy/girl in question and will share the profiles with you on weekly basis. They will impress elderly parents with their tactics that they have the best profiles and will sell you packaged based on your financial status, cars you drive and the kind of house you stay in ( they ask such questions in the form that needs to be filled)
They charged us 70000 and in these 4 months, we have not met a single match, even if we showed interest, the answer will be the most repetitive one - the match isn’t interested

If you are earning 24 L per Annum, they will share profiles without even matching it with your salary or personality
After we started telling them that their profiles are not up to mark, they either stopped taking our calls or started sending us matches of low income groups families

We tried reaching Amit and gaurav so many times and since the time we have paid them money, they’ve not even taken our calls one single day

With the way you guys are working, don’t forget all these will catch up with you very soon

Its a fraud company & take hefty amount of rupee and give no services. Fraud! Fraud! Fraud company they show dummy profiles & take hefty amount of money... I have also sent the legal notice to them & after receiving it they beg for an apology,,, their so called employees amit chadha, rimmi, anamika dhir, nisha, deepika ahuja all are well trained cheaters.

Its not only a fraud company but also a racket going on in the name of global alliance matrimony. This racket is run by girls in all the branches (Offices) of jodi search. This company makes tall claims, shows big pictures and dreams and play with emotions of clients. Till the time of registration they will keep on calling you and after registration they are not intersted in giving you services. Its been 9 months now and till date the services which they should have given me as their package holder they have not given me any services. They are a complete bunch of fraud and cheaters.. Its a fake matrimony. Beware of the ladies sitting in offices ready to make fool out of you. And they are not afraid of anyone because there is no higher authority in this fake organisation to take any strict action against them.

My daughter is registered with the said co. for marriage alliance since April 2015 by paying Rs 25000/=but till date they are not providing me the services they promised. in this regard I have written at least 50 mails to its owner Ms Priya verma, but she did not pay any ear to my complaints. It is totally afraud company and they lure the people with high promises initially and once money is paid to the co they start behaving differently and start abusing the clients if she or he ask them for favor. i even visited their office for 5 -6 times bt all in vain

Its been one and a half years that i m fed up of these people because they dont work at all.they took rs 40000/- at first and than n thereafter within a week itself they started ignoring and dint send the progiles which we demanded.after talking to their heads even they dint paid heed to our complaints.even after complaining all over again n again they are the same.they wont send you the profiles upto your expectations.you demand something else and they send you some other wasting our time and energy.than they said you will get at least four profiles per week bt in a single month they send you two three profiles n that too not what you required for.
Their coordinators keep on changing and i[censored] call them they will say that a new coordinator will be appointed to you very soon but when the new coordinator get appointed after many days than she will send you the profiles which are not worthy for you and they just pass on time.
Whenever you call them they wont pick your call and after many calls they will say sorry sir i was on leave.they go on leave for many weeks even.
My god hell these people are.just collecting money from people and playing with their emotions and wont ever serve you your purpose.
There should be a platform where some actions can be taken against these people and new entrants first go thru the reviews and than decide your fate.
There are many more issues(well much more) to discuss but i thing what i have written is enough to let a decent person understand as what this global matrimony people are.COMPLETE FRAUD.
I WOULD SUGGEST EVERYONE NOT TO GO FOR SUCH AGENCY SERVICES because money is never a issue for any person but the fraud they are doing is much more painful.

This agency contacted us 2 months back and kept calling us. They sent us two biodatas for my sister. As we liked one of the biodatas we decided to proceed further. However they told us that first we need to deposit 35000 rs to get in touch with the prospective match. We gave them this huge amount in hope of getting in touch with the match. After getting the money they stopped taking our calls. When we called them from other numbers- they gave the following responses- 1. You have called the wrong number. 2. We do not have these biodatas. 3. We will get in touch later. 4. There is a problem in their system. They have cheated on us by giving fake profiles of boys. When my father threatened to go to police, their employee told him that she got scared and said she is not responsible and the company is doing fraud. Their own employee admitted that they are cheaters and frauds giving fake biodatas. The employee names are Ashi and Bhawna. After that she actually cut the phone on us. When we wrote them an email stating that we want the biodatas, their response was totally different. They wrote all sort of lies. We wish we could get the time and money spent back. Highly suggest anyone and everyone to not contact them.

Big frauds. Single star given here should be read as a big zero. These guys are a bunch of lumpens who do not provide any services. Many of their profiles are simply lifted from other marriage bureaus and included in their database. No service is provided at all. Our relationship manager has been changed half a dozen times and the new one has no clue to what is going on. It has been three years since it all started and not a single meeting has been arranged for us by these jokers. Seeking refund from these fraudsters.

Authorities need to look into their operation and shut down their shop.

I would like to share my experince with global alliance matrimony. This is a complete fake company with bunch of cheatsers hired to make a fool out of you. All the positive comments that are written here of anywhere else is written by their own employees. They are smart to do a thing like such.

1. They will follow you anywhere until you register with them and pay money. For taking the payment, they can even come at your home like a waging dog tail.
2. After payment, they dont even call you. If you will call more than half of times they wont even pick up.
3. They will keep you forwarding nonsense and irrelevant profiles which wont match you demands. When you say that you want to meet a person, then they will rely that the other party hasnt replied or they dont want to meet.
4. Last but not the least which most persons here dont know is that they are forwarding your profile and personal pics to random persons who are not even registered member of their matrimonial. They are using your profile for advertisement purposes to show people that they have good profiles. Your personal photographs are doing rounds in countless emails o[censored]nknown people who can even misuse it. But these 'bunch of bad people' least bothered about it.

On the whole, i would not recommend anyone to fall under this trap as the staff is completely useless.

I am a current member of this alliance and would like to bring this to the notice that this is a fraud firm. It has been 3 weeks and have not received a single good profile. Despite given requirement, i am getting profile which does not suits my pre-requirement. I have reached out to client servicing manager and she is also saying that please wait. I am feeling like that i am cheated by global alliance and would like to approach consumer forum to interfere and help me out.

I was looking for alliance for marriage. With reference to one office colleague i was referred to global alliance. Basis discussions, it looked convincing and i was being called 10 times a week to visit the office and get registered.

The top down management called me up for this. The lead was "mrs. Ahuja and"mrs. Mandeep kaur". I was asked to pay for 35+k for registration for the membership and was told that 1 month, you will get knot. I was registered in the month of august 2015 and till today no support have been extended in finding the match. They send fake profiles and then confirm by stating "the other side is not interested".

They have 4 offices in delhi ncr for the same purpose of money making.
Talking back to the old friend, she confirmed that she is also a victim now. These people dont give a damn after sucking money on the name of registration. Reading this site, i get to know there have been many victims from global alliance.

Looking forward for some support for getting my money back.

I have lost close to rs 34, 000 by enrolling at this matrimonial bureau. These people are fraudsters running a fake establishment. They will take a chunk of money as upfront payment with promises of sharing profiles and arranging meetings. They will show you a few profiles who are as per your requirement (Family background, education etc.) but will never share the contacts of these very profiles (Maybe these profiles are fake!!!).

After enrolling they will keep sending you irrelevant profiles which will be completely opposite of what you had specified ensuring that you will not say yes to the profile and they will have do nothing. Even if you say that you are interested in meeting the prospect (Which doesn't fulfill your requirements) they will ensure that no meeting is arranged. They will not share the prospect's contact details and neither will they themselves arrange a meeting. They will simply keep avoiding your calls and emails and once a 3-4 weeks have passed they will simply respond by saying that the prospects family is not interested in your profile of will say that the prospects is near to getting engaged with someone else. You will have no means to verify this as they never shared the contact details in the first place!

Its not only a fraud company but also a racket going on in the name of global alliance matrimony. Its been 8 months now and till date the services which they should have given me as their premium package holder they have not given me any services. Its a fake matrimony and beware of the ladies sitting in global alliance offices who are ready to make fool out of you and they are not afraid of anyone because there is no higher authority in this fake organization to take any strict action against them. Pls call at [protected] 1. They have not sent me profiles according to the criteria sent. 2. The profiles sent by them won;t be acceptable to anyone. 3. They have sent me profiles saying that the person is never maried, although the person is a divorcee.

You are very unprofessional only looking to make money duped me of Rs 28000 in month of july 2014 promising an alliance by sending 3 propsals per week.Well Nothing happened after that, they first started by sending me repeat profiles, girls above my age.Being a sikh My requirement girl should belong to my community of non trimmer BUT THESE PEOPLE KEPT ON SENDING NON SIKH PROFILES TO ME. THE TRAUMA I FACED AT THEIR HANDS I DONOT WANT ANY ONE ELSE TO FACE.

These people are running fraud services by taking huge sums by marketing skills and later on no services are given. So many complaints are against them online. Request your office to take action and help us get our money back. We have complaint to so many authorities still no action against them. These people are also evading taxes and are not depositing it with the govt. Pls help us to get the money back....
