Sir i have purchased Dr. Ayurveda Height increase medicine through online payment of Rs 2385(Invoice no. 600658) but they have send me product which have expiry date one year back. When i complaint him (Complaint no. 520106) then they assured me for replacement within 10 days. But after passing of one month neither they have replaced nor responding to my phone calls . Please help.

I order step up height increase date-02/07/2015 and pay 2600 rupees but I can't delivery right now. I have to call customer service they say's that you recover money after 2-3 month. But I can't money /product.. Please help me..

They do not respond on phone calls or mail and now they expect me to courier the goods and expect me to believe that they will deliver the size to be exchanged after I courier. I have already paid for the same. Would not believe them as they dont respond on the oline complain.

My order date was January 15th 2016 and I have been continously following by email and phone calls on the return of the size sent from XL to Large, Till date I got complain no. and feedback that the product would be sent only if I would call.
Today when I called Anurag the guy with mobile no. [protected] spoke rudely and said you send the good then we will send the changed sized. Without any response from your end I have been following up so in what way will I get a positive reply. Now they tell me to courier the product on what basis I rely on them as I never got any response from them till date. My contact no.[protected], Email ID [protected]@ymail.com

They did not deliver the free applications and with much agony I got through the complain centre once.I have also recorded that conversation where the guy Karan gave me a ref no and promised to replace the product within 10days.5days have gone but no written confirmation of the same us done nor they reply to my mail.When I call on the given no.s they either say they cannot do anything or it is the only no where I need to call.The Amit guy misleads and makes calls but when you tell him the problem.He says he can't do anything and the complain department can only resolve.When I tell him they are not picking up the phone, he says he is helpless.I have nailed their admin and info mail ids.But they have just cheated me

I, Ramesh sanghvi, Purchased jointex butterfly machine from global sky mart on 25/08/2015, my order no. is 605615, they give us assurance for money back warranty product, after purchsing the product is not usable, it is bad product, we have asked for money back, they says that we will not do it, they says false that we have told any money back warranty, , i mailed them and called them many time, there mr. ANUJ SAYS u can do any case .. no body can do anything of ours.. they are the cheater..they are not reliable

I had an online chat with guy called abhiskekh who later called me and confirmed that the product is the same as seen on tv and the reason its cheaper from original product is that they are providing some weight lifting dumbells. Since this was my first and hopefully last experince i made online purchases of rs 3105 / - through my credit card.

When i got the product it something else when i called up [protected] the same guy abhishek said there is a mistake and we cannot help you to get it replaced and hanged the phone. After that i tried calling up several times they were cancelling all my calls.

I figured out that it was a scam, i also tried calling jointex india and the sales guy said that there allot fake products marketed through telebrands, telesky, globalskymart etc which are operated from new dehli and a fake account is made and all ur transaction are credited. Therefore based on this experince of mine i would advice all prospective customers please do not buy anything online from these (Telebrands, telesky, globalskymart) website as all ofthis fake.

I m also complaing on consumer court and if possible cyber cell of the police so that other people are not affected with this scam.

Order I.d:- 605197 I ordered for a 5 in 1 air couch from global sky mart. but in span of 1 week i discovered that the air is not stable in the product. tried to find the reason but was unable. called up mr. anurag([protected]) on 16th Aug, being sunday he assured me that the complaint is registered but as the server is down, will not be able to give me the refrence number. Since then i have been following him regularly, but still my...

I have purchased it. After receiving the products, I will not satisfied because the platting of lockets are missing then I have called, then he said contact to our complain department, he will say day after day, ...but no response.. I have got till now.till now say within one week or two weeks.

I had purchased the product wonder shapers from global sky mart for rs. 3149/- on 17th feb 2015. by credit card The very next day the pant was torn for which I had been following up with the company since then . The company is not reciprocating after several writtten communication. I had complained and got the ticket nos 3286392+2W6 RZ and 3286392+A1705 for complaint on 23rd and 24th feb. The executive ms.shaina is just goofing up and giving new excuses day after day. This company is just conning people . I had mailed her with the picture of the torn pant on 26th feb as well. The service provided and the attitude shown towards customer is highly disgusting. So I kindly request you to help us out in this situation
