We had complaint on 05.04.2021 regarding or washing machine not working properly.
Technician came after 1month and replaced a part and charged 430 ₹ and left. Next day we had same problem. Even after repeated calls to service center nobody attends the call.

I have registered a complaint on 18/8/2020. They have informed that the damaged washing machine parts are ordered. But they have not yet resolved the problem. (Amc no: 6789, date: 18/1/2019).

Hi team,
Myself ammar zakir, residing at a1-1001, sunrise glory, opposite atlanta enclave, shilphata, mumbra-400612, i have purchased a washing machine from flipkart on 3rd july 2018,
I have been facing major issues with the machine from the 1st month itself.in this last two years i have been frustrated with the quality of the machine as i have called the customer service guy 4-5 times to fix the machine. Not expected from a brand like flipkart and godrej. Such a low and cheap quality machine.
Now again the machine is giving me problem, i have raised a complaint in may itself, but the technician has visited today. After three long months. After he daignosed the problem he said there is some problem with harness wire, and i have to pay around rs.[protected] to fix the problem, and saying wire and all are not included in the warranty. This is not done. How come your machine wires get bad from inside itself. How come you can make such a cheap and low quality wires.
I am fed up if this washing machine, please give me a new replacement of a better machine, this is a defective product you have sent me. I am tired of fixing it again and again and spending money on it. You can check the complaint history i have complained about this machine more than times now. This is pathetic service. Not expected from flipkart and godrej. Also i spoke to one of your senior representative ravi gautam, he was very rude and talking disrepectfully. This is how you manage your customers? This is your customer handling?
I will report this to consumer forum and make sure strick action has been taken by fraud companies like you. Also, i will share this on social media platforms like facebook, twitter etc. And make the people aware about not to buy any product from flipkart and godrej, as they are fooling the customer by sending defective and cheap products.
I hope you will address my concern and send me a replacement of this washing machine. I have attached a copy of the bill. Further you can revert or contact me on this phone number - +91-[protected].

godrej washing machine (6.5 kg top load)

My machine is not working. Its totally dead. I was logged complaint on dated 21st feb 2019 with complaint no x[protected]. Technician was visited on dated 23rd feb but issue not resolved and he asked me the secret code. But due to my issue was not resolved u doesn't share the secret code with him. After that he was cancel my complaint and logged a new complaint on dated 23rd feb with complaint no x[protected]. This time technician was came also. But issue is not resolved yet. He was assigned to visit my call on 25th feb but he visited on 15th march 2019. He was tried to resolve my issue but not resolved. After that he was asked the secret code. As previous experience i wasn't share the secret no with him. On same day evening i was received a sms from godrej customer care that the technician was tried to visited my complaint but he was not able due to my cell phone was off. But its totally wrong pactice did by godrej customer service. Now today i was complaint again to customer care and got another complaint no. X[protected]. Request you all to fixed my issue immediately.

NOT WORKING SINCE INSTALLATION

Purchased the machine on Dtd.[protected].Technicians visited on Dtd .17-10-12.Told that the water supply line should be made separate then we will make a demonstration.I did it.It did not work. Then told me that your supply voltage is HIGH That's why it is not working. You must bring a stabiliser then ask us to come.I did it. No result.Then they told that your stabiliser is not working properly we must come with ours in the next day.Next day the technicians came with their stabiliser.Still the washer did not work. Then the technicians surrendered and said you register a complain for replacement of the machine on[protected].Now nobody is responding.Everybody is telling that your problem will be solved in 24hrs.I have already lost 24X30 hrs.Now I am totally fade up with this .I DO NOT WANT THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT ONCE AGAIN.I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. WHAT SHALL I DO NOW?

speed of agitator

I am Mrs.Sujata Kamble from Sanpada ,Navi Mumbai,purchased Godrej Semi Automatic Washing Machine(6.2Kg) in sept.2009,having a warranty period of 2 years.Intially when the product was delivered,It had a cracks on the outer fibre body,I repeatedly asked them to replace it but it took nearly 26 days for them to replace it but nobody turned out to demonstrate after repeated request.I learned it myself.Before the warranty period gets over ,Godrej staff called me for the renewal of warranty period, I renewed it.In last 2 months, I complained about the speed of agitator,one technician came and cleaned the washing machine,immediate next day,another technician came,he changed the rubber,after that replacement,the wash tub started making unbearable noise ,again I complaint about the noise,after 4 days,again new technician came & replaced the motor,which not only reduced the noise but also the speed of agitator.The washing machine which has a capacity to wash the clothes of about 6kg,now has a capacity of washing only 2 clothes which hardly weighs 500gms.Again I made complaint on 1st Dec.2011 about the same,but till date nobody has come forward to repair it,only I got a call,"Senior Technician will visits you today " but nobody visited .My complaint is about speed of agitator in the wash tub.
Was replacement necessary to increase the speed of agitator?Why Godrej has given a contract to local Technician for their own products.Such a Poor & Ridiculous service from Godrej was unexpected.

Godrej/washing machine — Defective Supply, Bad Service, Rude Behaviours, Machine is still with Godrej after 25 days
HiI have purchase a washing machine[protected]. When machine arrives with me there was no warranty card available in the box. Delivery man told us that the installation engineer will come along with warranty card.
When installation engineer came for installation he told me that i am from service center given to private party i do not have reach on warranty card etc. I can install
the machine and show you the demonstration.
After 10 days drier of the machine stop's working. I lodge complaint on service center after 2 days engineer told me that this was plastic part broken so it will
not cover under warranty i will inform to our office and raise the indents of a part
when this part will available i will inform you.
Next day i am receiving a message from call center that your complaint has
been solved. thanks for believing in GODREJ. I instantly contacted how this
complaint is solved when the machine is not repaired. He told us that you
are not interested to pay the money for plastic part so we can not repair
your machine.
I said i am 100% ready to pay , nor you have nor engineer given any estimate to me for repair how you can say i am not ready or not ready. Then he told me i can not give you the cost what ever will be the cost you have to pay I was feeling very
depressed that a national level company is not giving any budget for repair and
tell me what ever i will say , you have to pay (is't not an example of blackmail).
As a victim i said ok. i will pay you repair my machine then on[protected] engineer came and told that you have to pay Rs. 650/- I paid and asked when you will delver my machine. He told me that you will get your machine today evening.
But this is[protected] i am still waiting for my machine..
in today's world i am also working an IT company which deal's with international client I do not even dream a bad remark from our customer. Company will take my job next day if i will earn a single bad remark for my company.
It's imaging how these company is running or they just based on gimmicks of there share prices up n down. they do not have to worry for customer , I guess a day will come when the godrej like company will disappear from the national level if they will not think about his poor governance.
They are able to provide his sales man a script to play before customer so that he can bag the order. they are unable to provide any script to there engineer's or there service people how to interact with the customer who is already suffering from the poor service capability

I have strong doubt about Godrej taking care about the machine because,
1. Dt.15.06.2011, washing m/c inspected & reported its gear box broken.
2. On continous follow up your tech at Pune - Mr. Shankar M[protected] and Mr. Jadhav M- [protected] / 15 on Dt. 02.07.2011 your represantative visited & changed drain motor but not the gear box.(as conveyed by your tecnician Mr. Shankar) which took 21days. inspite attending the washing machine was out of order.
3.Dt. 03.07.2011 another technician came and checked the fuse found blown. he has used thin wire strand in place of standard fuse & started machine. now machine is making noise while draining water like tractor.
4.Dt. 03.07.2011 The same has been communicated to your tecnician/represanative. but they have not reported till 05.07.2011
My sincere questions
a. First it was communicated/reported about the gear motor & actully changed the drain motor(as said by your represntative)
b. why, Inspite of changing the drain motor it didnt work?
c. Why Godrej is sending every time different people to attend one problem?
d. Does your represantatives carry any badge of Godrej or letter to attend?
e. The people sent by your office are your employees & are they capable of diagnosing the actual problem??
Pls, look into the matter & sort out the noise problem.

I have taken the plan offerd by Godrej smart care for the service of our Washing machine for 2 years on 30th March 2011, and I paid 2040 Rs. for that. I was told to register my complaint with the godrej customer care and the executive will visit with in 24 hours. When i faced the problem while running the washing machine and booked the complaint, no one visited my house for repairing till the completion of 72 hours. Moreover, when i called the service station they are not replying to me properly and behaving very roodly.
So I would kindly request you to please look into the matter and do the needful.

repair work not attended
Dear Sir,
It is with great pain, I am lodging this compliant against the poor service provided by M/s.Godrej service personnel at Bangalore.
I have a semi-automatic washing machine of Godrej which ran into problems recently. The spinner was giving an unusual sound and I promptly contacted the service center. Within 2 days, a service personnel was sent and on examination he told that the oil seal of the spinner is damaged and needed replacement. We were told that within 2 or 3 days it would be attended and set right. This was in October 09 first week. From then on, in spite of repeated calls and requests, nobody bothered to come and attend to the problem. Whenever a call is made, the personnel will promptly say he will definitely visit within that day evening but will never turn up. Of late the service personnel does not even lift the mobile (may be seeing our number). We have been put under tremendous torture and pain having taken this Godrej product. In my house many of the products are from Godrej. Now I feel ashamed of having committed such a blunder of going for Godrej products.
I hope this message of mine reaches the right hands to look into it and resolve the crisis.

Godrej/ Washing Machine — SERVICE NOT PROVIDED
We took A.M.C from the company dated 4/10/2009 for washing machine and lodged a complaint against it's ill working dated 29/10/09. We called several times at the consumer helpline as well as their service provider of the area named as "PROMPT SERVICE CENTER", but no response has been shown from their side till date. they also took money in advance for the defected part but never came back to replace/ fix it. Whenever we call them, they make false commitment that- "part not available in their stock", besides the employee who visited at home told us that it will be done in a day or two.Godrej/washing machine — Not abiding by warrenty
As per warrenty card there is 2yrs warrenty but only after 8month they are asking for the payment of service and product installed. i am give a complant on 02/11/09 but till now i did resived any feeddack

i have purchased a godrej dreamwash washing machine 5 years back.. but after few weeks machine stopped functioning..... when i have done complaint the dealer didn't send any mechanic for 3 months. after 3 months he told that the motor of yr machine has been damaged/ when i told him about replace he refused it, what should i do now?& he had not given me bill also. i have made full payment by cheques? so please suggest me what should i do now? please...................................

Poor service against AMC
Dear sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that AMC in connection with washing machine, model GDS 800, Serial no-00592 was entered on 18th April 2008 for three years, AMC no-1048322, salesman code-851837, M Laeeq.
On 29th March 2009 I had made a complaint about improper functioning of wash tub Timmer, Complaint no-756837, dt[protected]. A person attended for the same on[protected] & enquired the machine and told that the timer will be replaced on next day. He came on[protected] with Timmer but was unable to fit/replace the same. He was struglling with the machine & he had open the top pannel of the machine comprising of Timmers etc and took away along with a xerox copy of AMC with he assurence that the same will be rectified and fitted on next day.But the man did not turn up yet despite making several reminders on ur customer care no[protected] by me.
Its great pity that the company like Godrej is doing such things that I have not imagined even in my dream.''
No further action has been taken by the company yet in the matter inspite of several reminders on ur customer care no[protected] .
Some how the wash timer &wash selector was replaced on 11th of April 2009 but the wash selector could not last for more than a week.In this regard I made a complaint at your local service centre Lucknow ph. no 6533414 but the same was not rectified upto 20th of May 2009.Again I made a complaint on customer care no[protected] for the same, Complaint no-768937, dt[protected], But the same was not attended till-date.
No action has been taken in the matter by the company yet inspite of several reminders on ur customer care no[protected] as well as at your local service centre Lucknow's ph. no 6533414 .
It is once again requested to look into the matter positively and resolve the problem at the earliest so that I can still believe in Godrej.

Some how the wash timer &wash selector was replaced on 11th of April 2009 but the wash selector could not last for more than a week.In this regard I made a complaint at your local service centre Lucknow ph. no 6533414 but the same was not rectified upto 20th of May 2009.Again I made a complaint on customer care no[protected] for the same, Complaint no-768937, dt[protected], But the same was not attended till-date.
No action has been taken in the matter by the company yet inspite of several reminders on ur customer care no[protected] as well as at your local service centre Lucknow's ph. no 6533414 .
It is once again requested to look into the matter positively and resolve the problem at the earliest so that I can still believe in Godrej.

Washing Machine — improper functioning of machine
the machine is not functining properly and we are unable to use it()as it works with extraordinary high sound and jerks we are not ubale to use it(

I have also suffered the same problems by Godrej. I have even written mail to the GM services and Services Manager at Chandigarh regarding non attending of the machine by local service center.
However, to my surprise, I was told (on the condition of anonymity) that if any major problem crops up during AMC, it is their company policy to delay the repairs as much as possible. AMCs are only for minor repairs, where no replacement of parts is required. My complaint nos were 950285 and 962132, dated 7th May 09 and 9th June 09, which is still not closed properly.

Godrej washing machine — Poor Service against AMC

I am a Godrej Appliance holder since several years & now I have a fully Automatic Washing Machine (Godrej 5.5 Kgs. Auto DX). I have given a Service Contract to you at Ahmedabad (Gujarat).
Contract No. is [protected] dated 22.08.07.
Since contract, the machine had some problem in Panel. During March’09 your technician changed the panel but it was not the same as the original one. Now the machine is working as a semi auto machine. At that time it was assured that the panel would be replaced as it comes in our stock”. Almost three months have been passed but the problem remains the same in spite of calling at your call center many times. Sometimes it was told to me that the franchise has been changed & it is the problem of old franchise. Old franchise told “I can’t do anything because now it comes under new franchise”. Again new franchise is ready to give service on chargeable basis. Why would be a customer spend the money for such kind of service contracts. It is a violence of contract policy.
You are requested to take the necessary action and make arrangements for replacing the right part in the washing machine for the betterment of customer satisfaction & betterment of Godrej’s image.

Godrej washing mechine is not function also dryer
I have also suffered the same problem by Godrej . During AMC Period also they are not attending properly. I have taken AMc on Novemner 2009. Now I have a water drained problem. I also had complind in customer care and also service center but the local(Chennai) service center did not attend the complint more than 10 days. I dont know what I have do to solve the problem This is the first time I am facing these un proper way of service.

I have purchased GDA 901 fully automatic machine in Feb. 2009, the mashine is not working properly. I had made a complaint about improper functioning of washing mashine. No further action has been taken by the company. I am not at all satisfied with the services provided by the dealer and even company. No action has been taken in the matter by the company.

Godrej/washing machine — not repaired for two weeks
Complained to Godrej On 06/07/11, person visited and said that drain motor needs to be replaced. As the machine is in the warranty period, the replacement has still not been done.Have been promised three dates over the space of the last 10 days, by which time the job would be done.Godrej — POOR SERVICE & AMC POOR SERVICE
