Mera nam shamim malik he niwasi kardam puri delhi meri do betiyon ki ladli scheme chal rahi he magar kisi karan dono original recvied slip kahi gum ho gai magar unki fhoto copy mere pass he us copy ko lekar g, t, b ke samne jan kalyan office gaye renewal ke liye magar wahan original ke bina kaam nahi hua mujhe dobara se original copy kaise mil sakti he
