1 st gas bill contained an an section with amount written as adjustment money with no explanation of the charges. Requiring clarification as to what that amount and also need the reciept of the 1 st bill

From 3rd October night gas supply not available in our house, saveral request given to your coustomer care but till time no one attend the problem, today we called so many times but problem not solved, till today 10.10.2022 no action has been taken from company end.

When gas is not coming then we call that person who gave us gas connection then he replied gas pipe is burst and gas will start after 3 4 days but after sometime i call him then he said gas is came and i was joking about it and he gave me wrong information

Connection not done since two year but metre with pipe has been fitted.Only problem is that underground pipe is absent from gas is to be supplied many time road has dug but nothing found, so i request to take action soon as possible

Ukharra Road, Shamshabad road, Rajpur Chungi, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282001(मैथिल कम्प्ले क बराबर वाली गली) मैं पी.एन.जी. की नई पाईप लाईन डाली गई है। लाईन बिछाने के बाद भी खोदी गई सड़क को ठेकेदार द्वारा ठीक नहीं किया गया है। इस संबंध में ज्ञात हो कि बारिश का मौसम आने वाला है, जिसकी वजह से बारिश का पानी ठेकेदार द्वारा खोदी गई ट्रेंच के माध्यम से सभी मकानों की नींव में जाएगा, जिसके कारण कोई भी बड़ा हादसा हो सकता है, मकान गिर सकते हैं, जिसकी सारी जिम्मेदारी IGL के ऊपर ही आएगी।

2) अत: महोदय से निवेदन है कि जिस ठेकेदार ने यह काम किया है, उसको निर्देश जारी किया जाए कि जल्द से जल्द उस सड़क को पहले जैसा बनाये, जिससे कि संभावित दुर्घटना को होने से रोका जा सके।
आशा है आप इस विषय में जल्द ही ठेकेदार को निर्देश जारी करेंगे।

Dear Sir

Digging work was carried out for laying out PNG Gas pipeline in front of my house on the road at three spots on 05 Jan 2022. Since that day they have just put mud in the pit and have not restored the road. There is waterlogging and uneven road which is creating a lot of inconvenience to us and the bypassers.

Please do the needful by restoring the road.

I am having gas pipeline at my residence at following address:
187, BalajiPuram, Shahganj, Agra-282010.
Since yesterday no gas is in my gasline. I already called your customer care numbers mentioned on your site but none of the numbers are picked up.
It shows very careless attitute against customers.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and resume gas in my house.

Sir, the labour of green gas dig a big pit in from of my house even after telling them that pipeline is still not lay down in my colony. Today it is more than 10 days and only this no customer care is picking up my phone . Yesterday a severe accident happened and the crowed is in anger and not this accident several minor happens every day. I just want to aware you as no one is registering my complain if in future any thing big happen just because of that pit your team will be responsible.

I live in housing board colony in lucknow. A green gas pipeline was layed in the area outside my garden for my neighbor. After they kept the line, we are getting dirty water in the taps. The water pipeline has got a leakage and is getting dirt.

I already complained 2 times via email to green gas and called them multiple times but they are not coming to correct my water pipeline.

Hi I applied to Green Gas Limited for gas pipeline connection in 24/12/17 and deposit 1300rs check. Since than they did not give response I have complained many times to green gas limited but no results.i have not received any phone calls and emails from company.please sir contact them and complete work

Hi i apply for gas pipeline connection 24/12/17 in green gas limited and deposit 1300 rs check to company I complain many times to company but no response, no email, no call. And spoke me tomorrow will work but no results. Than i complain consumer form than they come to make connection but they ask me for money we ask for recipt to them but no recipt and without connection they return back without work
They come to make connection on dated 12/3/21 4pm
But no work
So sir please again you contact them and make my connection complete

Hello sir I m Manish Gupta Maine gas pipeline connection k liye apply kiya tha in 2017.maine 1300 rs ka check ka deposit kiya tha in 2017 but abhi tak gas ka connection nhi diya gya h hmne company me bahut bar complain ki but koi Sunbai nhi. Balls connection jodne k liye paise manage h. Company me hmne complain ki jiska no. AGA00019376. Company ka office Sanjay palace Agra me h.

I deposited green gas bill on green gas website through net banking union bank of the amount is deducted from my union bank of india account. But green gas portal shows amount is due. After submitting i also got the following massage:
Transaction for inr|4607.7 to ibibo web pvt ltd has been completed successfully with reference id[protected].
The massage sent to me is attached.

Green gas limited issued me a bill which is charged at heir rate of consume the gas whatever they did not issue monthly bill last 2 years but now they made a bill for 8 month basis even this consumption on the base of 2 years consumption i have registered my complaint for bill many time but no response i am very in stress i have to go thousand time there for correction of my bill but they are not taking any reaction

New connection applied vide application no. 35602 & 35603 dtd.04-nov-2017.

Payment received by green gas on 27-nov-17.

Connection is still pending for installation by green gas as on 25-july-2017.

Online complaint filed on their portal on[protected] vide

Inspite of various reminders and complaints still its pending.

I applied for a domestic png connection from green gas limited vide their registration no.31078 dated 09/01/2017 through their field staff asmat ali who assured me to get the connection installed within 15 days to receipt of payment which was made at the time of registration vide chque on 09/01/2017 for rs.6300/.
But inspite of my repeated reminders for installation and after the time lapsation of nearly seven months the connection...
