I went to s.kolathur green trends branch today. I had only eye brows done there. The person over there are not fit for even threadinv the eye brows and she took off the eyebrows very unevenly and when I asked she is not even accepting it and saying some unwanted reason as I have not done threading itself I just walked out from there coz there was no use of arguing after every thng happened. Im saying it because I have experience visiting green trends which is in north kolathur and had a lovely exp. But here the staffs or not responsible they are using the green trends product and simply chatting. When I entered the women section is was lil shocked to see inside as all the gals over thr was appling oil in head and putting make ups . Is this the way of an work area? Kindly take action in order to save the green trends brand name

On 19/07/15 I went to Green trends in Rajarajeshwari nagar, Bangalore. I wanted waxing done. The previous time I had gone, the lady who attended to me did not know to wax well and had caused me a lot of pain. So I asked the lady I was given this time of she knew how to wax properly as my skin is very sensitive. She said that she knows very well and will do it carefully. When she started waxing my hands, she dropped hot wax on me and gave me 3 burn marks. One peeled the first few layers of my skin. The other 2 have left burn marks. I asked her to get me some burn ointment and she lied to the manager saying that I just have gotten some rashes. I showed the manager what she had done but the manager did not even apologise. How can you cause burns to another person in a salon?? Its a place established to enhance beauty and not leave scars that would remind them of a bad experience for their whole life. The company needs to be fines. I want a refund but that will not be enough. I want severe action taken against the manager (male) and the lady who attended to me. Her name is Kavitha. The branch does not keep ice cubes. It is very dirty and even the sheets are not changed. I want to be compensated for it. These things are unacceptable.

I went to the Green Trend parlour on Sunday (28th June). This is located in Devi Nagar Main road Porur, Chennai. I had booked an appointment but i had to wait. The stylist Jaya was inexperienced and i ended up with lots of cuts around my eyebrows n chin. Also, the eyebrows were not done properly. During the facial there was no massage and it lasted for only 30 mins.I was so pissed off waiting that i didnt do my manicure and pedicure. Such a bog parlout and there is just one pedicure kit. Such exorbitant amount is charged but the service os pathetic. I have done quite a lot of facials when o was in Delhi and this facial experience was the worst.

Green trend Dwarka, Manager is a cheat. firstly he does not provide client with the bill, As well manipulates with the service charges.Also he charged Rs 400 for the membership card which later on i realised is only for rs 100\- With This cheat, i am not even aware that the products they are using are of worth value or not.This is a very common practice there.

Hi People, Actually i went to Green Trends Nacharam Branch for straightening last year June 2014 and the specialist Miss Manju Singh did very well so i am happy with the process but to be honest there are no Hair specialist or professionally trained staff in Green Trends the staff just dressed uniformly but they don't look professional, attractive and smart they look like villagers dressed in for first time and they don't no how to apply cosmetics, eye shades and lip stick to their face so i don't think so they can help us to look smart . Finally, i would like to say i am again planning for straightening and i just visited green trends again but the person who did my straightening left the salon so they assigned other aunty who don't have sense to apply lip stick to herself and i asked her about the process and she told once straightening is done you can come for wash after 24 hrs but when i did straightening for first time they told me to wait for 48 hrs and instructed me with the instructions, then come for wash. So i believe this green trends aunty don't have knowledge about the straightening process and instructions because i also enquire in LAKME and Natural's they told we need to wait for 48 hrs after straightening for first wash . Hello Green Trends please train your staff properly and pls teach them how to apply cosmetics to their face first don't appoint aunties pls

Had a very bad experience at Besant nagar GREEN TRENDS. My sincere request to all is to think twice before going to this place. I had gone there for my permanent hair straightening and came back very disappointed. Results is that my hair started falling very badly and my hair has become very frizzy very rough and very dry. When I asked Devi, the one who did the straightening for me, she said my hair will be fine in two days and the staffs and Raji the manager there started justifying that the whole procedure that Devi did was right and thats how they are trained by their trainer Elumalai. After making several calls to Raji and after making several visits to this particular place for a solution for the damage done by them to my hair, they simply ignored saying that this is how it should be. Out of anger and disappointment I asked for refund, the manager, Raji, said that she cannot refund my money. LOSS OF HAIR, MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY IS MINE.

Customer dissatisfaction and lack of good user friendly services at the outlet by the service providers at Green Trends, Kolathur Redhills road, Chennai-99. Escalated the issue several times to the outlet manager, owner & clustet manager too. Poor response for the complaints & feedbacks not taken into account at any cost. Loyalty & regular customers are been treated with long waiting in outlets with lack of respect & improper services.

Hello, I am Boopathy from Coimbatore 2 weeks before I went for green trends at PN Palayam branch in coimbatore. I asked for a experienced tamil speaking guy for my haircut but they refused and said hindi guy is only available so he will service you but on that case I took the service with him but it is waste of money . Please check that branch wheather they are giving the good service or they are ignoring . I am going to quit my service from green trends. regard's Boopathy S

i got a haircut in green trends on sunday.. these guys made me wait for almost 2 hours before i got a cut.. i went for a style change.. i had such a fantastic hair and took so much effort growing it for more than 6 months.. but these bloody messed up my hair really bad and i'm really feel embarrassed to walk out in public.. ;( .. the people working in there are making fun and commenting on customers.. I'm not gonna leave this.. i'l take this as far as possible and sue Green Trends

CHARGED WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! I been to Green Trends Beauty Saloon Pammal Branch Chennai for facial because my engagement is in march 1st week.Usually i use to go NATURALS but listening to my friends suggestion i gone to Green Trends this time but what i felt is i made big mistake its not worthy, i lost my hard earned money in green trends.Its waste i became so dark and the persons who works in pammal(Chennai) branch are not skilled.They knows nothing and the head of the branch a lady who is the owner took my money by swipping it without my knowledge.In petrol bank and in a small petty shop too they are conforming with customers whether to swipe the amount or not.If we agree then only they will go head.But in this useless parlour that lady never asked me and swiped my card like an HACKER. I went for hair coloring and advised wash my hair after 3 days with color preventing shampoo, but i was surprised to see the result my hair was back to normal, Permanent coloring is gone in 3days, and there was a huge hair loss they just sell out their brand no standards or professionalism so dont be cheated with the brand name

I HAVE BEEN TO SO MANY PARLOURS LIKE FEMINA NATURALS ETC BUT I NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A WORST BEAUTICIANS EVER IN LIFE... GREEN TRENDS PAMMAL BRANCH CHENNAI HAS WORST BEAUTICIANS AND THE OWNER(LADY) IS KEEN IN MIS GUIDING CLIENTS AND CALLING CLIENTS EVERY 3 DAYS A FORCE CLIENTS TO DROP IN OFTEN IN 3 DAYS... I HAVE DONE REBONDING PAYING Rs15, 000 BUT IN A WEEK IT WENT OFF... JUST IN A WEEK IT WENT OFF EVEN I COMPLAINT IT TO THE OWNER LADY SHE NEVER BOTHERED TO ANSWER AND KEPT ON MARKETING ME TO BUY PRODUCTS... My wedding was on 19th Sep-2014, 3 days before my wedding, I went for the facial to Villvakkam branch, the guy in the front office told me to do the facial the next day as it will look more effect on your wedding day nu, but i was not at all convince about it, but then he convince me saying it will really look good & the dust will accumulate ur skin, if you are doing it today. Then i came the next day & did the facial, two girls attend me. On my Big day i again came to do the bridal make up & it was another girl who was to do make up for me, when i asked the girl who did facial to do the make up (as she was good in doing facial), but she told, the girl who is going to do the make up for me is the senior most & expect in doing make up. Then i agreed to her & went for bridal make up, before she starts, i told her, i wanted light make up with skin tone colour & bright eye make-up, so do it accordingly, (as i had to were lens & artificial eyelashes) she nodded her head & started doing..she cleaned up my face, applied foundation. I told her to use skin tone compact & skin tone simmer powder, she brought a pinkish compact with simmer, i told, i dont want this colour, bring me skin tone compact, but she told, this is all we have here.. i was so much disappointed. Then i took my simmer power of skin tone n applied myself. then after that she applied eyeliner, to my surprises i was shocked to see the eyeliner she used was, apeel off & shiny type eye liner, (which i hate), i said, i dont was this, it look like local product, but she told it is MAC product.. (but actually its not), then i removed it n used my eyeshowed, my eyeliner, my mascara (i myself applied), then i tied my saree myself (as i felt i can tie well instead of her-as am used to were saree everyday to my office). Then comes my hair do, As it a Christian wedding & we will keep tiara, i suggested a hair style which is really very simple ie. puff in the front & curl in the ends. My hair is silk, soft & slight less in volume, so i told her to keep the half ready made bun in the puff as it will look good, she went out & told me & we dont have half bun nu..now i really got irritated once again, & asked her how come in a parlour, that too in a branded parlour you wont have proper make up kit & bun, she told its newly open outlet, so...she dragged.. then some how she did it n did curls in the end.. She would have suggested me that curl will not stay in your hair as your hair is soft & silky, but she never told anything & stated doing curls. (which does not even stayed for 45 mins) @ my wedding time, all curl went off & my hair style was horrible with wavy ends. After my wedding got over, i was going in car to the mahal for my reception, tat time, i told my sis about the mess up in doing the make up & hair style & about the half bun, she told, Oh!!! its for you is it, when i was doing the clean up, one girl came & asked "she (myself) wanted the half bun, but her hair is thin so it does not suits her hair nu..the other girl had told, ok just tell her, we dont have it nu." then again i was shocked to know they had it & dint gave it to me for hairdo. For spending Rs.6500 for bridal make, they had just did clean up & foundation, all others i myself had done it. I had worst experience @ GREEN TRENDS. Thank God I had my make up kit with me otherwise it would have been most worst. I also raised this complain in GREEN TRENDS Website in the month of October, & submitting it showed, our team will contact you with 2 days, but till now i dint get any reply or call from Green Trends regarding the complain (think till now 2 days had not completed for them.) I will never suggest any1 for Green Trends, especially Villivakkam branch.

This review is about the green trends located near poondi bazaar(Tambaram).I just asked for a stepcut.The hairdresser who attended me took just 10mins and told me everything was done.She totally spoiled my hair.I went with a hip long hair but now nothing is there.Have been doing steps for more than four years..They gave me a cut neither step nor U!!!I the worst !! This is the second time im facing such thing in the same branch.people working there are fit for nothing.Please stop ur business.

We are not satisfied with the way the customers are treated in Green trends Ramapuram. The lady at the counter treats the customers like school kids and does not know to be courteous. Many a times we have noticed that the specialists who treat the customers are genuine when talking about the products and services offered, but the counter lady gives us a fake marketing of their products. Also, many a times she has been corrected by customers for cashing the wrong bill. Also, she has been noted for pointing out the customer's skin problem, hair problem etc in the public harshly, right at the counter. The customers feel embarrassed in this scenario.

Few days back, the same lady called the boycotted customers of Green trends Ramapuram, asking for the reason. This call sounded like a College Principal calling her students and enquiring about their leaves. At least she should have been courteous in asking for feedback. We have not seen this kind of customer treatment in the other chain o[censored]nisex saloons, and we request Kavincare to take care of the people their appoint in the responsible positions.

Green trends Is indeed filled wit untrained professionals..

i straightened my hair a year back wit matrix products.. And now When i walked in for straightening ma grown hair last Friday .. The ppl in the inlet suggested me to go wit the new introduced l'oreal steam bond.. i Did inform the attendant about ma hair condition .. Even Afta hearing al she suggested that the new product is Good.. And she made me do it .. I must say i have given ma hair 2 an untrained profession .. Once the straighten was done ma hair looked the same wit d curls Of ma grown hair and Even Its has changed ma hair texture .. And the product Did tak Its turn..
Now Its Just been 4 days after straightening and ma hair has started to fall in bunches...

Green trends doesnt provide good service nowdays .

Green trends the name shows and attracts customers but the service they provide is pathetic and the staff working in the front reception and manager are of no use,waste,no proper customer service,no problem solving techqniues they are just rogues sitting and fooling customer and charging money they are just a piece of .


This incident which has taken place is at Marredpally(GREEN TRENDS) which is located in Secunderabad. I have taken there service and staff took me inside had my hair spa done and next was my facial here he told me is coming in 2 min it has been 25 min he never showed up and later he comes and tells sorry sir i was out of so and so stuff bought it from shop, fine agreed again after the facial pack is done again he left saying will be back in 5 min again 25min over i really busted out went out payed my bill and left in a rush.Later i realized they were supposed to give me a coupon when i called and told them the whole story and about the coupon the receptionist heard the whole conversation his name is Abhishek he told me will give me a call in 5 min no call 1 hour over when i was calling back he is not lifting the call that really pissed me off.

Next day i went to the office spoke to Abhishek the receptionist why you did not call me back is this the service what u guys provide and after the conversation he spoke to his manager who was coming inside the salon after the receptionist talking to him about the coupon he left immediately and the receptionist comes and tell me the offer is over we can give you only 5% discount the way he spoke was rude too no proper manners no proper manager all working in MARREDPALLY GREEN TRENDS. I never suggest anyone going there and using there services.

when i tried to use my visa card, it didn't swipe. the cashier swiped it 2 times. as the printed receipt didnot emanate, i paid the amt using another card. On 06.12.2009, I Contacted one Mr.Ranjith of ICICI bank 24 hrs online. when complained about not able to swipe the card, he said the card got swiped when it was done for the second time. I 've paid the amount twice. kindly do the needful.
