I have advace booked for bridal make up. Make up turns out disaster. Tried to reach managemant on communication channels. That ruined a day and I feel embarrassed, insecure about my self and harrased. Which I have to pay additonal amount for vfx fixing, flaw in photos on my big day. It's been many days no one show up from management.
1 Late arrival of beautician of 45 mins.
2.comminted for mandapam denied to visit when time comes
3. Hair dressing is flower decoration is falling off from everywhere. Loads of pins displayed.
4. Hair roots started appearing
5. No eye lashes provided, eye Make up became patchy
6. They used one of our member. When our member ask for a small help in fixing her hair due to time constraints. Bluntly declined.
Now they started harrasing me for the rest of amount.
I have made everything recorded.

I had at least 10-15inch of hair. I just needed a trim from all side, I showed the barber a reference picture, still he continued to literally all of my hair from the back

Hair cut without consent for upto 5 -6 inches, reckless hair wash. Abusive service

Being member and regular customer of green trends, denied service for women's hair cut citing silly reasons. This is the first time I'm facing such an incident from green trends, felt very bad for the response

I am a regular customer for green trends since 2016, took basic hair cut services with trimming, my hair was pretty long falling below waist, the inexperienced/trainee was given the service who simply cut half the length without any shape which was looking as if a child cut the hair playfully., further to this another hair dressed tried doing something and trimmed finally made me look like a joker, she did not give a final touch up and further charged as per normal charges with tax., green trends seem to be providing practical training using customers... very bad

26/12/ 21 I took keratin treatment from green trends in hyderabad kondapur
It's got failed due to procedure deffect.
Kindly check and provide justification to me...

Then today 23november i took same hair cut now they will ask for 275+ tax i argued with them then they was like you didn't come for last 4-5months i asked to show my last bill they didn't show me the bill please check with them another then i'll complaint against you

I went for a treading but no one attended me for more than twenty minutes.. I was informed that it would take ten mins but there was no response from the beauticians there. They were all busy talking among themselves. Earlier th is saloon was very prompt in their actions but now they seem to be lethargic.. Feeling bad to choose this saloon this time..

Hi, I am Ankita Goel, customer of Green Trends Kotturpuram Chennai since last one year. I visited Green Trends Salon, Kotturpuram on July 5, 2015. This was a regular visit for body wax. I was attended by Mira Tamang, one of their claimed to be highly trained professional. While the waxing was on, another helper joined her. While she took to wax my underarms, I experienced extremely abnormal pain and informed her the same. She didn't paid much attention to it and continued with the process saying that this happens in sensitive areas. I trusted her, little I knew that this session will lead to extreme burns and sleepless nights due to pain. I experienced similar pain when she was waxing my stomach. I am taking waxing session since last 2-3 years and have never experienced such an agonizing pain. Later that day when I came back home, I saw redness on those very areas. I thought that this is some allergy but later when I saw the redness growing and discerned that it's pattern was similar to the swipes of the waxing knife and strips, I realized that these are burns. I immediately informed the salon. They apologized for the mistake and offered me a service free of cost as a compensation. However, I was more concerned about the burn marks on my body and asked them to provide me with a treatment or therapy to reduce the pain and remove the marks. I was promised that such a treatment will be provided that will help reduce the marks, but after one month so that the burns don't react with the creams and other items applied. I trusted them completely and followed up with them after one month. However, this time the response was rude and unapologetic of their mistakes. I was told that nothing can be done for the marks. But told me that they will ask their trainer- Sumathi to look into it and recommend some treatment. This again took a week for the trainer to actually come into the picture, which was made possible only after repeated arguments with the branch manager. However, I haven't met her yet. No schedule has been given to me but they called up one day in the morning and asked me to visit in the afternoon. Since I was busy I informed them that I won't be able to meet today and that to please shift it to some other day. Post that no follow ups have been done. So, I myself paid them a visit to know the status of my complaint. However, he was least interested and told me to wait. It has been 2 months since the burns are been inflicted on me. I followed up and discussed the issue with manager, cluster manager (Rathish) and trainer (Sumathi) again and again but it seems that they don't wish to take any real action and continue with their delaying tactics. Green Trends, it's employees have shown a highly callous attitude towards my complaint. I just want my complaint to be properly addressed and relief in form of proper treatment.

1. They have immature staff to handle crucial services. 2. I doubt about the quality of products they use. Had hair coloring their @ Marathalli branch. -Firstly, they dont have any Hair coloring specialist. - The color which I chose and the one which came out after application is totally different. Phew! - After couple of hair washes, color started coming out.
