network problem

My problem is that i dont get network here,earlier i used get full network but now since 2month some problem has occured i,e for 5min i get network coverage later it come search network(in /out of home) .I ve registered my complaint so many time.i fed up calling customer care.but they arnt taking any action at all.even i've regestered my complaint in Bhatkal's reliance office.they askd us...

Overcharging in fees of duplicate sim

Respected Sir,

I m Gagandeep Singh, belong to jalandhar religion. My mobile number is [protected]. On 8 october i lost my sim. On 9 october i went to reliance care center, oppo. KMV college, jalandhar at 11am. They demanded 200rs for duplicate sim. I was not aware of cost at that time. They gave me sim. I wait till evening 6pm after that went back and asked about no activation. They told to wait 2 hours more. I came back home....

service problem/sim reject

Dear Reliance CCare,

I am Shaban i had joind the reliance family since last six month & i have loss my first no. [protected]
this no. is showing that your sim has been rejected, then after 15days i purchase new no. of reliance gsm no. is [protected] its run only 6 or 7 days after its not showing any service of call about 15 days, i have logged my complain in reliance ccare my case id is this.[protected]
