I have a gas connection number 38415 with Hari Singh Gas Agecy.On[protected] I have booked a cylinder but till date I haven't recd. the same.I call for online status of my cylinder on last monday and I shocked to know that cylinder has been delivered on[protected].I don't know who delivered the cylinder and to whom?I went to my gas agency on[protected] for complaining about the same.there staff member took this matter very lighly...

Late delivery of gas cylinder

My name is Rateesh Chandra Thakur residing at C-227, Indra Enclave-2, Delhi-86 having Indane Gas Consumer Connection No. 26229 with Hari Singh Gas Agency. Booking/delivery system of said agency is very poor. They never deliver gas cylinder in time when the booking is online and furnishing wrong delivery time. If delivery time is proper let him show signed delivery slip from me. Neither he provide his complaint register to lodge any complain...

I DILIP KUMAR KARN s/o N. N. LAL from B 72 INDER ENCLAVE PHASE II , MUBARAKPUR ROAD,COMSUMER NO HS35493.
I have received gas cilender through your agency but i found Leakage the gas from cilender. i have infromed the agency above this matter but he told me that my worker solved your problem, but the agency worker is not any response of my problem.
so i request to you solved my problem as soon as possible.br...
