respected sir dis is to bring to your kind notice dat headmaster of govt high school bapdi bapda ,ladwa,kurukshetra has decided to take fees of rupees 100 from children of 6 to 8 class......this is really a joke n a tight slap on d face of education department which says dat education is free upto 8 class....kindly terminate the service of mr JOGINDER KUMAR.... headmaster, bapda bapdi for violating RTE.......
