I bought havit gaming keyboard after 6 month later the cm3 key is not working. I even visited havit online support but nothing happens.
I bought it on 18th of march 2019.
I need replacement of my keyboard its under warranty period i can provide every documents if needed.
Im complaining on 8th of september 2019. I hope you will help me getting my keyboard replace with new or repaired....

Recently I bought Havit company product called Punta. Its a speaker system. Actually i am a re-seller. I sold that product to a customer and it is dead on arrival product, so that customer returned it to me and took a new piece from me. in that time my Andhra Pradesh divided in to two parts. Now the service center people is saying there is no service for your state and my distributor is also took of the business. now i don't have solution...
