Hubli branch manju changes more every time I visit. 30th October I have argument and came back, same day before me a guy from shiggav came there and manju demanded 1500/- for normal service and 200/- for coloring. Without taking that guy went back. Next day I got my hair service for 600/- at some other place, there I met the guy who came from shiggav, he only told his experience. He also told before this some thing went wrong by lady staff regarding hair patch issue. When your company offers low prices for servicing your branch staff demands more and argues blindly more transparency and polite, honest staff is very important. Read the title twice, because that's the "Headz Hair Fixing" in a nutshell. I'm still finding it extremely difficult to digest it.
I'm a Keralite working in BLR for quite a few years now, and i had heard about this "company" before, but never really bothered to learn more. One day i saw a classmate of mine on Facebook sporting full head of hair, i was surprised because he was almost bald on the crown area. On inquiring, he said he got the fixing done from Singapore. I felt interesting. and since i didn't had as much money as him to go to Singapore and get it done, i decided to give this "headz" a try.
And like everyone here, i was intrigued by their YouTube videos, and went there. I was shown few samples and was quoted an exorbitant prices. Rs 35, 000 for "natural hair" wig or "hair system" as they like to call it. Upon negotiating, they dropped just Rs 500, and asked to pay in cash. The quality (pathetic) of it starts to show the very same day you stick it on.
I advice everyone to stay away from them.

Please someone needs to help me. I came from AP to Benguluru for this Headz Hair at their Benaswadi Branch. After watching their YouTube videos, i got convinced.
When i came here a lady showed me few samples, and quoted me a price starting from Rs 25, 000 - 35, 000. A guy took measurements of my bald area and then came up with a wig. They asked me to pay by cash and they asked me to sign a letter saying they cannot be held responsible if something goes wrong.
They put that wig on me, and it looked really bad. Looked very fake, and above all, it smells bad. It starts to come out soon, and quality is bad. They say they cannot return my money. I lost so much money. Please can someone tell me how to get my money back from them?

This is with regards to "Headz Hair Fixing" (www.refixmyhair.com), those who claim to be "experts" in the industry. I came from a northern part of Karnataka all the way to their Banaswadi branch, only to get scammed off my Rs 35, 000.

I watched their youtube videos and came here, a lady explained to me the types and prices in a hurry, and insisted me to get it done immediately. The wigs which they showed me didn't look very convincing or as expensive as they claim it to be. Rs 35, 000 for natural hair wig seemed way too expensive. Quality wasn't all that convincing either. But they take advantage of people's desperate situation. I paid it in cash, and everything was done in complete hurry. End result was not satisfying at all. I wasn't impressed or happy at all. Instantly it felt like i wasted so much money.

I bought their home maintenance kit and left, and by the time i reached my place, the wig started to loosen. Total disappointment.

They are a bunch of scammers. Please stay away from them everyone.

So i was one of those unlucky ones who fell for their YouTube videos. Impressed with the videos, and too lazy to do some internet research, i paid a heavy price. About four weeks ago i went there to inquire about the procedure, and a young lady explained it to me showing few sample wigs which they call "hair systems". Synthetic and natural hair ones apparently. She said the prices start from 25k upto 35k. Looking at those wigs, the prices felt way too expensive. I was not sure about spending that amount of money, but she was successful convincing me anyway. Perhaps my frustration played a part too. They also make you sign a paper which says "if anything goes wrong, the company cannot be held responsible".
I went ahead and paid them in cash as they asked, and waited for their "technician" to attend me. What they put one me didn't really look all that natural and impressive as it looked in their videos. Upon asking, they said the ones in the videos are more "expensive ones". I don't know what that means.
The worst part is, their "hair system" starts to stink bad, and the hairs started to fall off. I'm arguing with them since then to get my money back, but they are rude and put the blame on me. I don't know what to do. Please stay away from them.

Wanted to warn you about this "headz hairfixing". They're a bunch of liars. They charged me rs 35, 000 for what they said "natural hair" hairsystem, and the hairs started to fall in just a week. Worst quality really! When i called the concerned person and the replies were rude and put the blame on me for not handling well. Please don't waste your money on this one!

Hi, im writing on behalf of my son who underwent a hair fixing from headz hairfixing, we checked their youtube videos and got convinced about their service where their reviews also stand out from the other hair fixing companies. we did the hair fixing from their banaswadi branch and met consultants convinced about their approach and professionalism. my son was getting married and i had gifted him my genetic inherited baldness which always made him a bit less confident in the look wise and he wanted to get married before that he fixed his hair from headz hairfixing. we got a chance to interact with few of their existing customers as well which doubled his confidence. things where smooth until he fixed it, he was feeling a drastic change in his appearance, we were feeling it good but he himself was not able to get convinced of his new look. the entire family was happy, his fiancee was also trying to convince him but he himself thinks it cannot fit on him and was very hesitant to go to office to face his friends. at the young age i was advising him that "nobody in this world will be caring about your personal attires and looks unless its looking bad", but he was feeling sooo odd about his new look.

Day 2 we went again back to headz and met a consultant, he explained him well about the importance of keeping the system for few more days and getting used to it by meeting people. what he was telling was true as meeting new people noone where able to make out but my son was not able to adjust to the situation and he wanted to remove it. the entire family was upset as i pressurized him to get it done. i was able to see lot of people even at that point happily coming to headz and getting the service done.
Somehow the consultants managed to send him back that day.

Day3 : we pulled him along with us for a family marriage function near our place and he came wearing a cap, my friend came to us and while talking he was asking to my son about the cap he is wearing for a family function... i decided all of a sudden to remove his cap and did it.. he stared at me for a moment and after that many of our relatives appreciated and admired him for his new look and many didnt even realise its him... few commented him that he looks so different, young and handsome. that function changed my son's decision to get rid of his hair system. i still remember the words of the consultant of headz to keep it for few days...

First thing - attaching the original bill, so that they wont [censored] on your face claiming this complaint to be fake or to defame their "company".

So, i started to lose my hair at a very young age, ever since i was in my 10th grade. It's hereditary, a transferred curse from my ancestors. Couple of my cousins don't have too. Initially it didn't bother me that much. But as days, years passed by, and when i started working, it hampered my confidence. I have spent(read wasted) thousands of rupees visiting "top dermatologists" trying their expensive medicines. Few "skin care specialists" claimed(read looted) to have perfect solution as well. Terribly expensive ones though. But i'll tell you what. None of these will work. NONE. Take my word. Don't fall for any of those.

I kept hair transplant as a last resort. Few people around me suggested i should rather get a wig. Sort of. I came across few YouTube videos of the mentioned company which looked too good to be true. I mean the results looked so deliciously perfect, that anyone with a problem like mine would easily fall for it. One of their videos had a guy holding some electronic device while doing the fixing. Impressive stuff i'll tell you. So i visited one of this "company"'s branch located in ORR, for an inquiry. There was an young lady who explained me the different methods they use. They call those wigs as "hair systems". Just a fancy name. And the methods used are Bonding (stick it on with a skin friendly gum), Weaving (stitch it to your original hair), Clipping (few clips will hold your original hair). The first two will require maintenance every once in a month(you gotta go there to re-fix), and the last one requires you to take it off every night and while bathing. The cost i was told will start from 15k to 60k or so, and "depends on my budget". I just got those details and left. I was skeptical. After few weeks, i visited again. This time a guy explained me the same, and also showed me three demo samples, ranging between 15k to 30 some k. I was also told that whatever maybe my hair color and texture, they'll match it. I left the venue again, and i was still skeptical. One of the reasons was those "hair systems" didn't feel they're worth so much money. I checked their Facebook page, and found out that some positive comments were from the employees themselves, or from the people who are associated with the company some way or the other. I decided to go give it a shot anyway, and visited them for the third time. This time the same lady explained me again, and i opted for Clipping method. As i wasn't sure how long that gum will hold on my oily scalp and longevity of that wig. So she showed me just two samples. One costing around 28k (synthetic/artificial hair), and another one around 36k (natural hair). I told them that whatever it is, it should look natural and not fake. She suggested me to go with the entry level synthetic one itself, since they are gonna "match and blend" with my original hair color and texture. When it came to the payment, i was suggested to pay by cash(for obvious reasons). I came out searching for an ATM. While withdrawing the money, i wasn't really feeling good, something was tell me to run away. I should probably have. But i decided to go back and make the payment. While doing so, i told her - "i'm spending so much of my money, i hope the results will look natural". She re-assured me that it'll, since they'll "match" the color and texture. Before handing over the cash, i asked her "can i see the one that'll be put on my head?". She nodded NO. After the payment, i was asked to "sit for 5 minutes" in the waiting room for their "technician" to take me. While waiting there, i asked them that the results should look natural. They re-assured me. I waited for about 45 minutes or so, and then a guy took me inside one of their fixing cabins. Inside the cabin, i was asked to wait for 5 minutes again, but that wait seemed forever. After almost an hour he came back with that wig. He put that one on me and oh boy! It was completely OUT of my expectation! I'll tell you what. That "matching hair color and texture" thing, and that electronic device you see in one of their YouTube videos is a total bull! My natural hair are light-brown. Those hairs in the wig are so terribly thick and black, that the end result looked fake AF. It started to look like porcupine hair! My head and hair started to look terribly disproportionate. I was so disappointed that i was out of words. I mean i can't find proper words to explain how i was feeling that time. And that Clipping! Man wearing that clips is SO effin PAINFUL and uncomfortable! I wasn't told that in the beginning that it could be. I asked them that the results in their videos in YouTube are so perfect, but why mine looks so effin fake and disproportionate?! They desperately tried to convince me that it isn't looking fake, and they ended up saying the "systems" used in their YouTube videos are very expensive ones. I asked them then why wasn't i told this before, i was shown only two demo pieces. They had no answer, but rather tried to convince me again that it isn't looking fake.

Couple of days later, i went there asking for a refund, but they said "not possible". Just imagine the number o[censored]seful things i could have bought with that money rather than throwing it away.

This is in regards to a hair bonding service which i got done with headz hairfixing consultants (Http://www.refixmyhair.com/).

I am from hyderabad and i got this done in bangalore (Banaswadi) which is their main branch. Till the day i reached their office from hyderabad i was being responded very well by the company guys and specially the concept director mr. Dileep mohan.

Everything was done hush hush, they knew that i know nothing about hair systems so this guy named javed takes a tape and measures my bald area and immediately says your bald area is more and tells me a price of staggering 33000 for a system which costs only 15000. The hair did fall out in 15 days and the quality is the worst.

The moment i left their office and reached hyderabad the system got loose and immediately called the concerned person and they were so rude and blamed me for not handling well.

The reason for me writing all this is, the system as mentioned in their website and videos and the hair quality etc etc is only good in the videos but when u actually get it done, you will know that you cannot change your hair style and also it is easily detectable by everyone, and it is not natural and the actual cost of the system is 15000 rupees (Monofilament french lace) and not 33000 so dont get fooled. If you are ready to spend 33000, then you can get the best hair systems in the world.

I am filing this in the court anyways. I have saved all the amount since a year and now all the money is gone, i am just hurt really badly and i dont mind spending little more money for the court.

So guys think twice before you take a decision.
