As I ordered two products but they were received damaged to me. So I returned the product but the company didn't refund my money and ignored my mail too.

Today I had a visited health and glow which is at utkal kanika galleria Bhubaneswar odisha. I was testing a nail paint from nail paint rack I didn't found any sales person to helping me out for choosing the nail paint ... Which was fallen by mistakely from my hand and after that the cashier came and behave with me very rudely which is very annoying and bad experience for any customers. The way he was behaving with me in the store I feel very insulting. So I will never purchased anything from your shop next time...and in this way you lost your one of regular customer.. And I want you also take stric action towards that person.

This incident happened @ health & glow, dvg road, basavangudi, bangalore - 560004. My phone number is [protected].

I bought a product which cost was rs. 135 and rs 7 bag. So the total was rs. 142. I rendered rs.200 and i did not have rs.2 to offer at the billing counter. The lady at the billing counter, soumya asked me for rs.2 which i did not have and did mention her the same. So the lady hands over rs.50 to me and tells me the bill will be provided in sms format to your mobile number. I asked about the remaining rs. 8 and she directly tells me "give me rs.2 i will give you rs.10". So for the fault of me not having the exact money to offer the lady i need to spare my rs. 8? Why cant the lady spare rs.2? After making loud noise, the lady goes to another counter and gives me rs.8 with the attitude. This is my money and that lady thinks health & glow is providing free services to all?? I did inform this to the store manager but they obviously protected the lady telling she is new. There is no appology from the lady, but she has a big attitude telling she cant render the change.
Health & glow this will mark you guys have lower ratings. If the lady would have told me or given me a rs.5 chocolate and told i dont have change i would have walked away. This created a scene in the whole shop.

I waited for 13mins listening to that recorded audio of saying "thanks for calling us & please wait for few more time"

I tried contacting them through mail, but they reply after 3days of sending mail.

I placed my order when the product was available on site but now they are asking us to cancel as the product is not available.

Received expired Revlon product through online shopping "Health & Glow" website. Be aware of the discounts as these cheaters are attracting customers through the discounts and are selling expired products. You can check the shelf life of the product through the batch code. Kindly refer the below link to check the expiry date/ manufacturing date of the products.

I had made a purchase of 5218 and got a message on my cell the next day saying you got a reward point of 521.8. you can avail exciting offers and deals in store and in-app.
when i called up the store the person (sounded not as a manager but as a helper) said: ma'am
you will get this reward points only on your next purchase !. and the amount is going to be 50 rupees and not 521.8 !?
This is total cheating !!!. I have the message from H&G !
why will i spend 5000/- rupees in your store and get 50 rs when I can get a better deal in other stores?

I can only say you lost a customer...its time to shift my brand . I used H&G products for more than 6 years now !
